Pretty cool ideas of the villain's lair

    ‘A’ villain’s lair. This isn’t NTTD.

No one said it was either. Only that it was cool ideas

You put ‘the’ villains lair. People pick up on things like that and before you know it we’ve a barrage of replies. I was just nipping it in the bud - I’m sure you didn’t mean it like that, just clarifying (the pictures have been posted multiple times before).

Here's some news for you guys.

My fellow swede and actor Michael Nyqvist died in 2017 from lung cancer. As you may well know he garnered international attention starring as Mikael Blomkvist in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire, and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest adapted from the Millennium series of novels by swedish author Stieg Larsson. The first novel, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, was also adapted in 2011 and directed by David Fincher, starring Daniel Craig as journalist Mikael Blomkvist.

Michael Nyqvist also co-starred in Abduction, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, John Wick, Hunter Killer before he died.

After his death his widow started the Michael Nyqvist Foundation that annually hands out an award to someone who works in his spirit based on this "To honour his artistry and deeds, Michael Nyqvist Foundation will continue what Michael started: to highlight and advocate the art form of acting and its ability to create understanding and diminish conflict."

This week the foundation announced the 2019 recipient:

    David Dencik, Sweden

Motivation by the board: David is a magician who allows himself to be transformed for each new role that he takes upon himself, both physically and mentally. He moves with exquisite ease between different genres without sacrificing authencity nor credibility. In short; a true magician!

    https://www.michaelnyqvistfoundation.org/theaward

David Dencik (clean shaven and bald) was just interviewed on swedish televison minutes before he's headed to the big gala tonight picking up the award.

    :-)

A congratulations to Mr. Dencik, who also happened to appear in the 2011 TGWTDT film.

This is absolutely hilarious. One of the not so quality newspapers in my country has just published an article with some "latest news" about NTTD. Did you know PWB is co-writing the script? Well, better late than never. :D Anyway, this newspaper is a joke. @JamesCraig knows what I'm talking about.

    For the Dutch speaking crowd:

This might be intrestering and perhaps revealing. First this:

Although it was good, it was a long hard 8 months working on #NoTimeToDie #007 #JamesBond Riggers, Plasterers, Paint & Carpentry departments... we lost our Summer ‘19 really & generally get dismissed when a film is being made. We were working 6/7 days a week, til 8/9 o’ clock at night for months on end to create the sets for this film. Often sacrificing our own family time, & given ridiculous time schedules to complete work loads. This is an appreciation post for construction. We deserve it on this film. #construction #filmset #setlife #rigging #plasterers #paint #carpenters #scenic

Then scroll through this account. There's a prison cell set, sewage drain set, etc. Looking at the timeline/dates when the pics was posted it should be within NTTD's timeline of production. None of the pics has been tagged with NTTD or Pinewood so it's a guessing game. Only one with Prince Charles visit in June has been tagged with Bond25

I see some re-presting earlier CR, QOS and Skyfall sets and Daniel Craig fake SF hand :))
    Possible demo's.

    Could this be NTTD-sets?

First pic: Green walls in background reminds me of the Havanna-set. Second pics: Prison cell

  • The brickwork/tunnel pictures remind me of the Sienna scenes in QOS and the 'new HQ' buildings in SF.

Beautiful sets, whatever they’re for. I do find it amazing what they can build.

I’d love for the film to have Blofeld escaping from prison, and then they can readjust his motivations away from the previous film and on to just being that James Bond keeps messing up his plans.
I’d really have liked a post credits scene from Spectre showing armed guards escorting Blofeld to prison, closing in on one armed guard and we see he’s wearing a Spectre ring.

While the sets could be anything, I get 'Q's-lab-in-whatever-country-Bond-is-in' vibe, or maybe his London base of operations has had an extension :)

Some lovely looking sets there. Great find @Contraband as always. ^:)^
Bring on April, if these sets are from NTTD, along with everything else we've seen, then we're in for one fantastic looking Bond film.
But just imagine all that we haven't seen yet!

I think this is probably the most excited I've been for a Bond film haha :D

NTTD is releasing in 1st week of April just as FRWL. Both have stylish and young bond directors. Funny coincidence :D
Edit: just checked it was US release date in '64

Assistant director with some lady :-)

    Having fun on the set

Rallycross champion Mark Higgins, Craig's stunt driver

Remember the chase scene in Matera where the Aston Martin is being trapped by all the sheep. Here's another rather pointless angle off camera

    Scotland location

So have we officially given up on a teaser trailer and are only expecting a theatrical trailer now?

A theatrical trailer *instead* of a teaser. There'll still no doubt be two, if not even three, trailers in total...

Can they release only one trailer like GOT?
How many trailers did avengers release and star wars did release 3.
