    Thanks, BeatlesSansEarMuffs!

I had not heard the demo for this in many years. IIRC it was part of the old “Lost Lennon Tapes” radio show from the mid-1990s.

OT: After next year’s “Let It Be” Box-Set(s), I'm hoping for a “Revolver” deluxe set.

Rest in Peace, Franco. A true Bodybuilding legend. As a big fan of Arnold, i was always aware of the deep friendship these guys shared, so i am almost as sad for Arnold.

This is apparently the beach that Franco died at in Sardinia, where he's from. Honestly, if i could choose my way to go out, that would be it.

22 years old French racing driver Anthoine Hubert has succumbed to his injuries sustained in a violent crash a few hours ago in the Formula 2 race in Belgium.

I supported him as he lived in my city.

    RIP :(

I've only just heard that Animator Richard Williams has died.
Creator of The Pink Panther titles sequences, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and animation on the remake of The Charge of the Light Brigade.
His masterwork The Thief and The Cobbler , was long in the making and he never got to produce the cut he wanted, the studio recutting it and adding awful songs nearly ruins it, but it has some stunning animated scenes.
    RIP Richard Williams

Yes, that was sad news about Valerie Harper. She'd literally just turned 80. I know her from her great little cameo in Columbo: The Most Crucial Game (1972) where she played Eve Babcock (Miss Ricoji). That's one of my favourite episodes of Columbo.

Also title sequence designer of Casino Royale (1967), but obviously The Pink Panther series are his greatest works. loved every single one of those.

    RIP Mr Williams.

Of course, how could I have left out Casino Royales titles, probably the highlight of the film!! He also did a cartoon short called Ziggys Gift, which I have fond memories of watching at Christmas time one year!

Upon hearing the news of her passing, I immediately thought of her walking up the beach in Once You Kiss A Stranger, giving Ursula Andress a serious run for her money. She was certainly gorgeous, in a petite way. How she was never considered for a Bond Girl, I will never know.

    RIP

I just watched her in “Bunny Lake Is Missing” (1965). Attractive, and a very good actress, I could see her in a sort of “Domino” Bond Girl role.
