^ I agree, there's some great examples here.

For my first contribution, Bond grapples like there's no tomorrow!

I'm glad people are finding these as amusing as I do. I'm looking forward to sharing more, creating more and seeing your creations! Thanks everyone.

I was worried with the term "Cinemagraph" being somewhat new, I would confuse people in not knowing the difference between just an ordinary gif and a Cinemagraph.

Thanks again everyone, more to come...

Does the DB5 gif count as a cinemagraph? The definition states that the repeated movement should be minor. Also, on mine, only the DB5 shell is static.

@QBranch I see your point, it's a close call, but I would call the DB5 one a cinemagraph, but there is one photo I wouldn't consider to be a cinemagraph that I've posted, like this one...

I say this one only because it's not a genuine loop.
A cinemagraph needs to be as flawless as possible to where you can hardly see where it loops. Then you know you have a good cinemagraph.
    ZcUstuE.gif

I'll post this Dr.No image again only because it's the best example of a Bond cinemagraph, showing lots of movement with a static image, and it's hard to see where it loops.
    tumblr_mj1n30w6Mo1qghl49o1_r2_500.gif

I will also note, this image could have been made two ways to get a nice loop of the ocean. One, it is a genuine scene cut just right and it just works flawlessly, or Two, you had to overlay the the ocean scene (a couple seconds off) together to get it just right to avoid seeing a loop. So it may take some tweaking to get it just right to make it look so simple, and other scenes may make it easy on you and will require little effort.

I'm really enjoying everyone's hard work, thanks for sharing everyone!
    More to come...

That one is amazing. Really subtle, which I'm guessing is how the cinemagraphs should be.

The only negative thing is that you can see where it loops.

@0BradyM0Bondfanatic7, that's true. I think that's why my favorite is of Honey on the beach because the water just flows evenly and there isn't a very blunt loop.
Yes, @TheBondFan this one is great, and yes the loop isn't perfect, but this one has most of the criteria were looking for as a cinemagraph, nice find!

@Creasy47 Yes, thats the best one so far, not just for the perfect loop aspect but for the overall visual of the honey scene.

If several of you have tried, it's not easy to find a scene that would be perfect for this. Thanks for following everyone, looking forward!

A funny one of JW Pepper would be nice, I believe this one is more of a standard gif. Thanks for sharing!

This isn't a true cinemagraph, as it isn't a scene from a film, but I wanted to make a more stylized piece that showed Bond's disdain for Skyfall and his enjoyment in blowing it to bits:

    http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7383/9271950010_e6db7b4f9c_o.gif

You have to open the picture in another link for the actual gif aspect of it to work.

Thanks, @jolearon. :) You were right when you said it can be difficult finding a scene that can be used as a cinemagraph.
