    Apparently another attack has taken place while I wasn't on the forum. I'm not sure if everything has been clean up while I was away, so I'll stay away from the other topics for now. Anyway, I was enjoying TSWLM with some friends (dressed in tuxedo's and fancy dresses) while all this happened. Once again I seem to have missed all the deranged stuff posted, and I'm very happy I did! Thank you, Mods!

    Glad I missed it this time around, but I'll still be treading carefully just in case. I saw some of the stuff last time and it disturbed me to say the least.

    It was mostly miscellaneous porn, and in no way near as bad as all the death that was posted last time. That was insane. I couldn't even enter threads in fear of what I'd see next.

    @Darth A presumably old friend came back to spam pictures. This time pictures of pornographic nature. I think he posted 32 posts before it was all over.

    @DarthDimi, I'm sure whatever you were doing was leagues better than having to IFM and avoid any and all topics (or quick scroll in hopes of avoiding nudity of really old women.)

    With my son about 4 months away from joining, I'd also like to thank the mods for being so diligent in cleaning up the messes as they arise. We must stay equally diligent in flagging and reporting them and work together to keep the trolls and spammers at bay.

    Now if only they would get rid of Captain Flandry as I suggested. We don't need DCINB people here, especially a ring leading moderator, spamming and trolling and contributing nothing other than negativity. There are people there (i use that term very, very loosely in this case) who advocate physical attacks such as hurling drinks and other objects at Barb and Mike. As a community we need to reject them for what they are, pseudo Bond fans posing as real ones, clinging to an image over substance.

    Remember please that we, the mods, do not ban. We keep track of violations and make suggestions to our admins. If said member crosses the line too often, like every other offender, we shall strongly recommend against his staying.

    Which is exactly what I am suggesting Dimi. Take this to the admins. All they have to do is read Flounders' past comments to see what I am talking about. People who have continued on his path in the past have been sent away for what he's guilty of, negative trolling. By banning him you will send a clear message to the DCINB crew, and that message is that this Forum is a place for all Bond fans and not those with a silly personal agenda of looks before substance.

    We have fans here and even a mod who doesn't like Craig, but they are not so narrow in their view that they are still calling for his resignation and the burning in effigy of Barb and Mike for the hire, let alone advocating violence. Will they be happier when he's gone? Probably. But they at least recognize the positives and give the occasional compliment, rather than burying their head in the sand about all of it and making arrogant and insulting statements to the effect that we are stupid over here and need to be educated. A Bond fan who rejects new entries because they don't like the actor is not a real Bond fan- I don't care for Brosnan and Lazenby but I can at least acknowledge the positives of their movies and what they were able to bring to the role.

    Yes, he is looking forward to joining. I just hope people will remember when he does that he's only 13 and not get crazy over his opinion (Benny will love him for sure because OP is his favorite Moore film ;) ) or go after him because they may not care for me. I'm not thinking that will happen by any stretch as far as our regular posters go, but you never know with some of the newer people that get themselves quickly banned around here. I'd take it personally as you might expect any parent would, and that wouldn't be a good thing for that person because my reaction would go something like this- X( - and then I might get banned.
