What about bitch? Or is this still the Christian Broadcasting Network?

Anyone know how long the database will be up?

If it's temporary I don't know I'll save stuff. A) it's after 2AM for me and B) I'd never know where to start.

I'm still peeved it was not made clear to me. I got a PM that said "It's coming" without telling me WTF "it" was. And to save any messages I wanted to keep. Well, shit. I thought it ment personal messages. So my old "wanna be a Mod" message from 2004 is gone, not that I'm crying. But some nice stuff from somebody I won't name on depression. I do think I saved that offline, though.

This was handled so fucking badly.

Same. The effort come across as a tad bit silly. At 2:22 am and having to get up at 8, there is no way I intend on sifting through thousands and thousands of messages to find what I want.

Get the rag. Polish that head. We have our own diamond satelleite like Blofeld. Also would means we've solved American dependency on oil.

I like how this is almost like a chat room. It's like we're keeping the wit but losing all the long useless crap.

You know what would be nice. If they set the entire forum up for download. Or if that's logistically impossible (which it probably is), why not specific segments. Just click a Megaupload link and BAM, insta-thread.

I hope he doesn't wig out.
  • OMG! Found all my old Star Trek AND Bond reviews and SAVED them! SO, so, SO much happier now!

lol. until MI6 wipes your hard drive.
  • My initial reaction to sudden change is quite often negative, only to (usually) mellow out considerably once I've adapted a bit. With that in mind I'm going to give this some time to digest before I take a real stance on it. Sucks about losing all the old stuff though. On a different note, this is what the world must have felt like after Atlantis was destroyed 12,000 years ago.

But I thought this was a chat room? The design.....

Oh boy, am I confuzzled. Besides, I am definitely within the means of the topic. We are eulogizing the loss of CASINOROYALE's hair.

    Duh. Winning. Epic.

  • How the devil are people retrieving old material anyway? :/

There are a few posts I'd like to resurrect if I could find them.

So, this is a chat room? Why? Why not try to picture a perfectly normal thread about, say for instance, Bond 23 in a format like this. Any issues? No, I thought so.

    Chat rooms are spam havens.

That won't be a issue in 50 years when this community dies. We have a search function ;)

I've just visited the MI6 Forum cemetery, but I got fooled by some bald bloke to get into a helicopter, some kind of an emergency he said. I'm now stuck in the helicopter and can't get out. HELP.
