    I have quite a Thunderball-esque feeling with these pictures. Could this be like the street chase part during the Junkanoo Carnaval in Nassau? I sincerely hope so :-). I think that scene is one of the highlights of Thunderball. Though for SPECTRE it'll be the other way around most likely: Bond chases one of the villains/henchmen.

    Also a nice thing. "SPECTRE" premieres only a few days after Halloween and Dia de los Muertos (two festivities that actually share the same history). It perfectly coincides with these global festivities. It's like Christmas in "OHMSS". So if "OHMSS" is the only Christmas-Bond-film, then "SPECTRE" could be seen as the only Halloween-Bond-film :-D. Also, I think I'm right that the narrative events in "SPECTRE" are actually kicking off around October/November no?

    Forgive me if I've forgotten anyone who regularly keeps this thread updated with news, photos and gossip.
    Seeing these (without too many spoilers) photos, really does make me excited for Spectre. It looks stunning so far. I just hope the finished film is as good as I'm hoping.

    - the British Board of Film Classification confirmed it
    - trusted mi6community member Marketto confirmed it
    - and now aaron819 confirmed the exact time of the trailer release too

    We will definitely get a trailer a week from now.

    Yes, he is right... Sony Pictures UK tweeted the 27th, but deleted the tweet a few hours later.
    Plus, the BBFC rated the trailer this week.

    But it's getting quite insane no :-P? I mean, getting a teaser trailer this early. It's quite unique for a Bond film. During the past Bond productions, teaser trailers were out way later.

    I think EON Productions and Sony/MGM really know how to run the publicity/marketing machine. And I think the success of "Skyfall" most certainly improves this even more. They know that, in order to financially compete with other "insanely big" franchises like "Star Wars", "Fast & Furious", "Hunger Games" and Marvel's "Avengers" and "Antz", something more drastically has to be done. Drastical in the sense that you have to release a teaser trailer way more early than what used to be the case with (previous) Bond productions.

    Hence, at this stage we already have TWO wonderful teaser posters, actually ONE official title presentation trailer ( ) and as of next week the first official content-rich teaser trailer. I tell you, we are a bunch of spoiled brats ;-).
