    The pattern says Fleming, unless QoS was an anomaly.

    Tomorrow Never Dies and Skyfall are the only two titles which have got nothing to do with Fleming.

    Licence to Kill is a bit of a stretch in that Bond does have a license to kill but it's not necessarily a phrase Fleming coined in a unique way. But okay.

    yes , because spectre dos'nt finish yet , i think at the next james bond movie blofeld skip and thats why i say ( Phantom ) could be next Bond 25

    What I'd want from the producers is to outgrow trying to use existing Fleming titles (mainly chapter titles by now, since almost every but a few are used) but replicate them in spirit of what Fleming philosophically would've come up with. Tomorrow Never Dies is a great example, and I understand some hate it, but you can't argue it's a lot better than whatever Quantum of Solace in meaning stands for. It's really time they stop using one-word titles as I say the use of Spectre was really unnecessary, uninspiring and dare I say, timidly inept and uncreative. Heck, given a very good thought, they would've come up with a three-to-four word title to philosophically outdo a man's fascination just by hearing it. Fleming had that ability, I'm sure it's not a superpower for hired screenwriters to come up with one alike.

    That's not bad it's actually the first half decent one I've heard , The only problem is it would force the movie to continue that same style of bond being too old and played out and the double o section is irrelevant which I hate.

    I was thinking it could simply be referential to Madeleine being out of the picture. She could be completely removed from B25, with just a mention of her having left Bond, and Bond could remark, "Nothing lasts forever".
