I was thinking that, too, but it appears to me that it's more about a certain stunt than a sequence. But, with the construction site chase, what about Bond jumping off the crane?

And it's got to be the Union Jack parachute - no cgi here.
The TSWLM ski jump, LTK plane water skiing and GE bungee jump are my runners up.
I have never seen any part of any film (Bond or otherwise) get a round of applause as good as the parachute jump in Spy has every time I've seen it with an audience since 1977.
Superb!
Does that count? The blades were added via CGI?
The blades were, but I still think it's a great stunt. A testament to how good Vic Armstrong was on second unit.
Bond (Brosnan) fastly improvises in the beginning of twine to escape the oncoming police in the swiss bank office.
Bond uses that cord or rope, ties it onto the passed out guard for weight leverage and leaps out of the window casually sliding downward onto the street.
I thought that was pretty clever scene.
For me, Bond's best stunt is hard to say ... maybe a close toss up between TSWLM ski jump, the cargo plane fight in TLD, and the corkscrew jump in TMWTGG. But there are plenty more for sure.
How 'for real' is it - ie are there any harnesses or effects involved?
How much danger is the stuntman in if something goes wrong - danger of death or just broken bones?
Wow factor
Based on this I would say the following are my top 5:
5. LALD - Crocodile run: Totally original and dripping with Bondian cool this was also pretty dangerous as working with live animals as integral parr of the stunt removes crucial control over safety. The deleted scenes on the DVD show Kananga could easily have lost a hand or foot. Loses the odd Mark for tying the crocs down (for obvious reasons) so not as dangerous as it looked.
4. TWINE - boat corkscrew: just gets the nod over TMWTGG due to added danger. Both pretty identical and the stuntman only has to hit his marks to get it right, however Bumps Willard has a roll cage around him whereas Gary Powell would be hitting gave first into water at speed which would be extremely painful.
3. OP - hanging from the side of the train: No wires just Martin Grace and a moving train and as proven by his accident - pretty damn dangerous if something goes wrong.
2. TLD - Cargo net fight: Simply jaw dropping stuff. OK they had parachutes but other than that all done for real. And after Lombard and the bags of opium fell away BJ was in serious danger of being killed as the net thrashed around. Today no one would even attempt it - even probably on a Bond film - it would all be done with effects.
1. TSWLM - Ski jump. What can be said here? Not just a base jump from one of the most inaccessible places in earth but on skis as well. Once Rick goes there are no reserve safety measures at all, it's just him and his skill. If anything goes wrong he's almost certainly dead.
But nothing does go wrong and the inspired addition of a Union Jack chute and a triumphant blast of the Bond theme gives us one of the most iconic moments of the series and arguably the best stunt in film history.
I always thought that the ski jump is overrated. It was cool but we always knew what was gonna happen. Now the PTS of MR was in my opinion the greatest stunt and it was actually performed by real stunt men.
Even the escape from the crocodile infested island in LALD was more impressive because I never saw that one coming. May not have been as dangerous as someone said earlier but I would never attempt it.
The cargo net fight in TLD is also very impressive. Hanging on while trying to beat the crap out of each other? Great stunt.
If it's the work behind it then definitely the TSWLM ski jump. Someone had to have massive balls to do that.
Others under stunt work would be:
*All of the ski chases*
Octopussy train stunt
Bond v Necros
Casino Royale crane jump 1 & 2
LTK Plane-ski
LTK trucker-missile dodge (they actually had a stunt guy drive it on its side 0_o)
If it's portrayal than imho the Goldeneye bungee wins, just because of the way it was shot.
Others under stunt presentation would be:
Casino car flip
TB jet pack
TWINE curtain-dive
etc.

Indeed. Very dangerous considering his age, he could have broken his back or something.
And the whole truck chase in LTK. Possibly Rémy Julienne's masterpiece (and I remind you that it's the guy who did the stunts in The Italian Job. The original, that is, not the american copy).
The free fall sequence in Moonraker teaser
Somersault car over bridge, Man with the Golden Gun
Jump off the Eiffel Tower, View to a Kill
Parachute jump, Spy who loved me
there are just a few examples I would include
Cool, keep 'em coming....
