No one has guessed correctly yet. Here are today's clues.

    1) I didn't get to meet Connery, but I'm familiar with both Brosnan and Craig.
    2) Age is but a number.
    3) Some people think that I've got a licence to thrill.
    4) A certain villain prefers to keep me hidden...
    5) ...but Bond is watching my every move.
    6) We left James a little something to remember us by.
    7) Someone received the shock of a lifetime; or should I say death-time?
    8) However, this method of killing won't work on 007.
    9) He's under the impression that I'm the best.
    10) Did you see me during the title sequence?

    11) I can't tell you how pleased I am about the release dates of modern Bond films.
    12) You could cut the tension with a knife. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
    13) Last night was shaking and pretty loud.
    14) One of us smells like a tart's handkerchief.
    15) Bruce Banner's catchphrase could also apply to me.
    16) Did Bond and Tiffany get a good look at me while on board the cruise ship?

Congratulations are in order. @Birdleson strikes again! The answer is the scorpion/scorpions from DAF/DAD/SF!!!

    1) I didn't get to meet Connery, but I'm familiar with both Brosnan and Craig.

Connery never had any contact with the scorpion. Brosnan was tortured by them in DAD and Craig had one on his arm as he took a shot in SF.

    2) Age is but a number.

"One is never too old to learn from a master."

    3) Some people think that I've got a licence to thrill.

Wint and Kidd got a thrill from watching the scorpion kill Dr. Tynan. Craig's Bond got a thrill from the scorpion drink. The Scorpion Guard found a thrill/sick pleasure from torturing Bond.

    4) A certain villain prefers to keep me hidden...
    5) ...but Bond is watching my every move.

Mr. Wint hides the scorpion behind his back. Bond is closely watching the scorpion's every move on his arm/hand.

    6) We left James a little something to remember us by.
In DAD, they find traces of the scorpion venom and antiserum in Bond's blood.

    7) Someone received the shock of a lifetime; or should I say death-time?
    8) However, this method of killing won't work on 007.

Dr. Tynan died from the scorpion's bite. In DAD, Bond doesn't die from the bites because they give him the antidote right after.

    9) He's under the impression that I'm the best.
    "Mother Nature's finest killer."

    10) Did you see me during the title sequence?

The scorpions can be seen multiple times during DAD's title sequence.

    11) I can't tell you how pleased I am about the release dates of modern Bond films.

Can't tell you because scorpions don't talk! Lately, Bond films are released in late Oct to early/mid November, which is during the time of the astrological sign Scorpio.

    12) You could cut the tension with a knife. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
During the bar scene in SF.

    13) Last night was shaking and pretty loud.

Again, the bar scene in SF. But this is also a lyric from the hit song "Rock You Like A Hurricane" from a classic rock band called the Scorpions!

    14) One of us smells like a tart's handkerchief.

    Mr. Wint!

    15) Bruce Banner's catchphrase could also apply to me.
"Please don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."
    You certainly wouldn't!

    16) Did Bond and Tiffany get a good look at me while on board the cruise ship?
Looking up at the night sky, could they see the Scorpius Constellation?

Mr. Birdleson, you continue to impress and amaze me. Your knowledge of all things Bondian is an awesome thing to behold. Coming up with a character that you can't guess is proving to be an immense challenge. @Last_Rat_Standing, you came so close with your Scorpion Guard guess. You were right there, man. Don't let it get you down.
    @Birdleson, the floor is yours.
