    @Birdleson is correct, it is the Horse-drawn carriage driver from FYEO.

    I needed clarification because there is a different bus/coach driver in another scene who gets into an argument with the car full of henchman (before one of them fires a gun out the window and the driver hastily retreats). Of course I lied - I watched the film last night ;)

    Clues:

    1. When is a Ford not a Ford?

    When you're in Cortina!

    2. It looks like Gustav Graves has been showing off again.

    There are many snow and ice sculptures around, including a palace.

    3. Why the long faces?

    The classic horse joke, and Bond and Melina's serious nature.

    4. I use a word more commonly heard from a magician.

    "Presto!" to the horses when he wants to get the argumentative journey over.

    5. I seem oblivious to the commotion around me.

    The motorcycle thug through the shop window, police cars with sirens wailing, etc.

    6. Oh for goodness sake decide!

    The comical stop-start instructions from Bond and Melina.

    7. The atmosphere here is changing, in a way that could famously cause problems for Cubby Broccoli.

    Bond and Melina warm to each other. Cubby's autobiography was When The Snow Melts, a reference to filming scenes such as this where they had to ship hundreds of tons of snow into Cortina.

    Yeah, I think you did. Although, clue #2 was driving me nuts. I was searching for someone who had a large aquarium and/or who wouldn't shake hands with Bond! The last two gave it away for me but it was still a good round. Great job, as always.
