I always thought it was one of the best shot of Connery in the role.

#22 - I like this shot of them looking through the fish tank.

DAF is a film that I didn't care too much for for many years, but a few years back I finally 'got' the tone, and find it a lot of fun. There's something about a casino city in the desert that intrigues me, as well as the Whyte Tectronic lab and moon set out in the middle of nowhere. How could anyone not smile at Bond pissing off Metz and the sly theme that sneaks in just before Wint and Kidd appear. Heaps of memorable dialogue here too.

A few shots I would've liked to post was the Whyte House with elevator going up the side, which of course was part scale model. And let's not forget the cat scream at the start of the title sequence.

Been scrolling through lots of LALD's screenshots and this movie's got tons of amazing frames. Narrowing them down to only 3 is quite challenging.

Best shot in DAF is the black screen that signals that the thing is finally, mercifully, over!

    Wow! I couldn't believe it!

I think we should need to say Goodbye to the Connery/Lazenby Era, as we're going into the new actor and era, Roger Moore, also say hello :-h

You can now submit your favorite shots for Live And Let Die (1973), the debut film of Roger Moore that kickstarted his era, fantastical and all!

    LiveAndLetDie_onesheet_EastHemi_USA_RobertMcGinnis-1.jpg

The deadline of submission is on September 14, 2022!

Note: Kindly put the title/name of each scene (shots/pictures).

*And no submitting of BTS or Promotional stills, it should be a screencap of the film scenes.

    LALD skull title.

Bond and Leiter on the case.

    Blink and you'll miss it!

The Guy Hamilton films aren't the most memorable for there shots.
I found it hard to pick any from LALD.

L&LD is another underrated film when it comes to photography. A lot of it is shot very standard, but when the film leans into the gothic, surreal and supernatural aspects that the voodoo and tarot imagery evokes, it really shines. It is hit and miss whether these more extra-ordinary elements are suitable for a Bond film, but the flirting with the supernatural the film does undeniably makes it stand on its own and it created some striking photography at the end of the day.

These two shots are in my top 3 so I'll just add this one to the mix.
