    I think it might be. And despite how much action is in it, it never fails to impress or excite me. I'm not the biggest fan of the hockey rink sequence, despite my love for the sport, but just about everything else is tremendously paced and gripping to some extent. The locations, the characters throughout, the action, the dialogue - it's a favorite, for sure.

    FYEO is excellent - the first one I saw and thus what got me interested in Bond. The ice hockey fight is made better knowing that Charles Dance' Claus was meant to be one of the thugs. Did you know there was originally going to be a fourth thug with a red helmet/mask. There's an image of it in one of my reference books.

    I don't think I realized Claus was among the goons until a couple years back, when I finally saw the deleted shot.

    I think you're right! I look forward to finding out, though I do have some unpopular takes on the series as we get into the Craig era. I'm eager to see how ours align. I need to update the Bondathon thread, I'm getting so close to the end but haven't mentioned my thoughts on any since the first few films.
