In the Twinkling of An Eye.

Inspired by the Bible, mentioned in the YOLT film.

    Twinkling of a Die

Unfortunately the root word has taken on a distracting use.

    Inspired by NTTD and

I don't know what's the matter with me but for some reason I keep remembering Jeff Fahey movies these days.

    Twinkling of a Lie

    I always liked
    Tomorrow never Lies
    better.

    Lie another day
on the other hand, doesn't really do much.

Actually rightly or wrongly, I was singling out twink. Gone the way of Transworld Consortium if I can say that.

I suppose it worked fine as a title for Len Deighton's Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Spy (1976).

I was thinking, after Win, Lose Or Die has quite a similar title to the old daytime drawing quiz show Win, Lose Or Draw, quite a few quiz shows actually have titles which would work as Bond titles! :)
So a quick look at the list on Wiki (and I'm not actually suggesting most of these titles as they're too well-known as quiz shows) and just for fun:

    Play Your Cards Right
    Every Second Counts
    And Then You Die
    Take It Or Leave It
    Deal Or No Deal
    For Love or Money
For The Rest of Your Life
    For What It’s Worth
    With Friends Like These
    Nothing But The Truth
    The Sky’s The Limit
    Strike It Lucky
    We’ve Got Your Number
    Who Dares Wins
    Winner Takes All

They do sound quite Bondy, don't they! :) And you could probably do twists on them: With Friends Like These could be Who Needs Enemies; maybe Die Or No Deal , Survivor Takes All... :D

So what do we make of 007 James Bond in The Weakest Link?

    Death to Spies

My personal favourite, there's something ominous and urgent about it. Fleming mentioned it a few times in the early novels too

    007 MINUS ONE

Baits comparison to what will surely be the wildly successful release of GODZILLA MINUS ONE. Also recalls the Benson novel Zero Minus Ten.

Lends itself to speculation. Maybe Bond really did die in the last one. Will 006 return in this one? Are both 007 AND James Bond code names? If Michael G. Wilson doesn't have his cameo, is that the "minus one"?

    Or just call it
    BONDZILLA MINUS ONE

Bond watches Goldfinger smoke from his golden bong.
