Ignore each other. I ignore lots of people. I’d go out of my head if I engaged every post that I saw as a personal or intellectual or artistic affront.

@Birdleson Fine - I will do so now. I just wanted to defend myself since @007Blofeld found it appropriate to claim I name-called him, and I wanted to make it clear I responded because of my concern for the direction of the boards - not a personal attack or vendetta.

Your fine don't worry about it it's my fault @FoxRox. Let all the insults pour at me.

I’d recommend to do what I do when I get too fired up on the forum; take some time away from the board and come back with a fresh perspective. I find myself needing to do it all the time. Lots of passion flying around here!

@NickTwentyTwo yeah I agree my headspace not in good shape right now.

I hear you brother. The internet is tough for the head space sometimes because it can be difficult to read into what's behind what someone else has typed and posted. I get that way as well; take some time to look after yourself!

a note Bond found of Vesper's... He's come to terms with her betrayal... burns it at her grave, when...

-BOOM- The grave explodes and James Bond is attacked...

I’ve tried to hear “You” or even “Hew” , but “Him “ is as clear as a bell.

The weird thing is that there is no question to my ear that it is a clean and clear pronunciation of "him" to me..

I don't even think the film will clear it up for everyone at this point. We need to see a leaked script. ;)

+1, let’s grow up, people. There’s a lot more to talk about than a single word.

Steer us towards a new topic! Everyone wants us to talk about NTTD but there's nothing to talk about, there isn't any news. Maybe when we get the song, but then there's a separate thread for the song.

I like the Dr. No references/ similarities with Safin. What I wouldn't like, and what I don't expect, is Safin actually using the name Dr. No or having metal hands.

I wonder if NTTD will feature Craig's Bond chasing a Baddie alone....on foot....like he did with Mollaka & Mitchell....I miss that raw intensity about Craig's Bond.

We know Craig's Bond was born in 1973, thanks to the Order of Guardianship featured in SP. If NTTD is set in 2019/2020, Bond would've been too old for being a double 0 if we look at this topic from the perspective of what Fleming wrote... he made it clear: a double 0 can't be 45+ years old. I know it means basically nothing, but anyway, just a random explanation to free somebody's pain. :D

That’s interesting: wasn’t he born in 1969 or so when CR came out (from that online dossier of him that was on the official website at the time)?

Yes, Craig's Bond's DOB changes from film to film.

Furthering the suspicions more now that Safin is indeed Dr No.... That looks way too similar.

I must admit since Nomi being rumoured as 007 and Safin actually could be Dr No, due to all these obvious references (still not sold on it though) it's not what I would have hoped for but at the end of the day, it's a new Bond film with Daniel as Bond and it's less than two months away

Sorry folks, bad days at work, too the point I’m changing jobs. Too many 16 hour days in a row really gets too you. Thankfully, certain fictional characters (namely James Bond) have been helpful in my struggles.

As for NTTD, I think Blofeld will be a bigger presence then we realize. If he is still communicating with SPECTRE agents, it would be more believable of a breakout than in Skyfall.

Not sure which way to go on the old 'is he Dr No' thing. However I've read on several occasions that he isn't because he has real hands. That could just be a trailer thing and then fixed for the movie, so he has steel hands, massive precedent for that in other trailers, Endgame for one. Just a thought.

The original trailer was amazing and epic.
I'm trying to stay away from spoilers but the last few TV spots between the Super Bowl and the Oscars are leaving me a little concerned but curious. I don't know what to expect anymore with this. I also felt the same way leading into Skyfall and I was excited going into Spectre expecting an OHMSS remake but that didnt happen and was left a little underwhelmed.
