    I'd also love to see Sweden and Denmark. Heck, take the opp to cast actors from these countries as villains/Bond girls. They generally have a great command of English and their voice/accent often has something a bit off that comes off as creepy.

    Sweden and Denmark are very similar countries to Finland.
