    GF - car with gadgets.
    TB - car with gadgets.
OP - two cars, no gadgets. The odd one out.

Nice guess @RichardTheBruce but not what I am going for. To recap the hints so far:
    • TB is the OOO
    • the answer doesn't involve water
    • the answer doesn't involve cars
It's probably not this, but I'll give it a try: Bond finds himself at the villain's base/home in all three films, but only in TB isn't he held captive there? Instead it's Bond's ally, Paula Caplan, who's held captive at Palmyra.

You are getting closer @Torgeirtrap It does involve Bond and the main villain of each film. It isn't the house guess.

That was a good guess. @Torgeirtrap
Bond provokes the villain at the casino in TB and wins at the table.
Goldfinger is cheating during the golf game, Bond realizes it and uses it to trick him and win himself. It's provocative and Oddjob crushes the ball (the obstacle they used to cheat).
The same happens in OP when Bond wins at baccarat. Kamal is cheating with the dice, Bond is provocative, cheats, too and wins. Gobinda crushes the dice.
    Hence, TB is the ooo.

    You got it @goldenswissroyale

GF Bond plays Goldfinger in golf and the villain cheats to win. Bond catches on and turns it against him.

TB Bond plays Largo and neither cheat but Bond wins

OP Bond steps in a plays backgammon with Kamal, who is cheating. Bond catches on and uses it to win the game.

TB is OOO has Bond beats the villain honestly with neither cheating. Over to you!

That was a lucky coincidence. I thought about exactly these three scenes recently...I planned to use two of them for my weekly poll soon.
@Torgeirtrap : would you like to start a new round? I've done a few the last weeks and it could be refreshing to have another quizmaster.

If someone would like to start a new game today, feel free to do so. Otherwise, I will come up with a new one tomorrow.

Okay I will jump in with one just cause I love this thread!

    FRWL

    DAD

In GE and DAD we have an MI6-agent who “changes the side“.
In FRWL we have a villain who appears as an MI6 agent. Grant and FRWL = ooo.

Was a bit busy, @goldenswissroyale, so I didn't see this until now, sorry!

All three films feature female villains/henchwomen: Rosa Klebb, Xenia Onatopp and Miranda Frost. Bond fights and kills Klebb and Onatopp, but it's Jinx that fights and kills Frost.

Wow! Very close to the answer I was looking for! It's all yours @Torgeirtrap for you to give us the next one!

Thanks, @thedove! I didn't expect to be this close on the first try. Here's my first Odd one out in quite some time, so it's not the most difficult one, I think:

    GF
    OP
    GE

    Well done @Torgeirtrap.
What was the exact answer you had in mind @thedove?

The answer I was going for @goldenswissroyale was that all three films feature females fighting. But FRWL was OOO as the fight didn't feature any of the starring cast. GE was loosely in there as Natalya and Xenia had a short fight.

    GF: Bond Girl named "Pussy".
    OP: Bond Girl named "(Octo)Pussy".
GE: Bond Girl NOT named "Pussy". The odd one out.

Good guess, but what I'm thinking of is not about Bond girls. However, in GF and OP a Bond girl is involved.

In GF and OP Bond and the Bondgirl jump out of the plane before it is destroyed. Un GE, they leave the plane after tge crash. GE is the ooo?

Sorry, not very smart...you wrote that the girl isn t involved in GE...GE is the ooo because Bond doesn't jump out of the plane. He “jumps in“ in the PTS, instead.

Spot on, @goldenswissroyale! All three films feature Bond inside an airplane. In GF and OP he jumps out of a falling airplane, while in GE he jumps into a falling airplane.

All yours for the next one. :-)

Looks like there’s been plenty going on here the last few weeks, we’ll done all concerned. I’ll make an effort to get involved with all feature Q ‘in the field’ but MR is OOO as he doesn’t supply any gadgets.

All three feature Bond and the female lead together at the end. However in TND they aren't rescued or caught! LOL

It has nothing to do with the endings.

    Okay another tact...

TB Bond fly's with the jet pack
MR Bond fly's without a parachute
TND Bond fly's with the aid of Elliot Carver's poster

TND is OOO as the flying isn't aided by a mechanical device.

    Okay hmmm!

TB Bond is on a motor boat

MR Bond drives a motor boat

TND Bond is on a junk

MR is OOO as it's the only one where Bond is seen driving a boat.

Vehicles aren't part of the solution.
