    Its interesting as even though we are all fans, threads like these can provide evidence of the fact that fans focus on different things. My selections were based on great dialogue and the relationships between that characters whilst others have gone for the visual side of the things (the skyscraper fight being the obvious example) , no right and wrong answers but it does show that SF is strong in both departments, its nice to have the choice :-)

    That's a good point @patb. I'm a dialogue man myself, but am also drawn to strong visuals. You're right, SF has both, and some of the better Bond films tend to have a nice bit of everything. It's all about balance.

    I just went onto IMDB and read through the SF quotes and then did the same for SP. Obviously, there is more to a movie than great quotes but its a good experiment when comparing movies and seeing where their strengths (or weaknesses) lie. A good quote stays with you beyond the film but instantly transports you back into into it. Writing these great one liners takes so much skill (Sorry for topic drift) perhaps another thread on top 3 quotes from each movie?

    I think if one were to try and pick the top 10 - 20 Bond quotes of all time, without giving thought to picking the top two or three from each film, one may find that quotes from certain films show up more often than others, due to the quality of the writing within them. We're sort of seeing that in the "Use a line from a Bond film when... " thread.

    So much to love in this one:

    1 The entire Shanghai sequence especially the jellyfish scene
    2 The entire Macau sequence especially the bodyguard fight / 'circle of life' and Severine
    3 From Silva's escape to leaving London especially the courtroom fight

    4 The defence and destruction of Skyfall
    5 The entire PTS
    6 Bond meets Q
    7 Bond and Silva on the island
    8 New Digs/Day Wasted
    9 Denouement with Mallory / M
    10 Bond 'enjoying death'

    That's essentially the whole movie but it's all so brilliant I can't leave anything out. Craig is 4 outstanding movies from 4 in my book.

    I'd like to suggest an idea; why not, when it's sadly all over, take the concensus best scene from each movie and make an Elimination Game out of it?

    Gun ''eye'' barrel was rushed to get it back there (But i like it that it was blind one), there should have used more CR dust (Madagascar scene) and it shame Newman re-using some of music from Skyfall PTS. Also i have idea there mabey can have done more with it, with all work there did. But possible with second view of movie will think difrent about this.
    2. The meeting (Best parts are silence and when Hinx introduced him self and car chase that follows.) Cinematopgraphy is great!.

    Some other greats parts that i remember:

    Mi6 bulding. When Bond shooting in the glass i must think about DAF and think there missing a change for being this the end of the movie. I am also curious or this realy be end of Mi6 bulding now.
    Madeline work. Best parts are that Bond don't get his drink and Q visit.
    Q escape.
    Holiday in Marocco. I have some doubts about new created setups. I realy hope there going to use it for telling more about Vesper and iam curious to rest of it.

    1. Bond v Hinx - brutal, visceral, and down right terrifying watching Craigs Bond, be completely outmatched. The sheer desperation on Bond, flinging kitchen stuff at the implacable Hinx..
