    I'm interested to see what Newman comes up with for this scene. Hopefully something adrenaline fuelled, good enough to slot right into my 'Bond Car Chase' playlist. I didn't mind his score in SF, but I'm hoping he can pull off something more indelible this time around with regard the action scenes. More bombast and horns, Thomas!

    the location shooting in Rome looks great. When is filming in Rome scheduled to finish. I was thinking of getting a flight there for a day but I won't be able to go until the 10th March. Anyone think it would be worth it or a waste of time. Been to Rome before but this would purely be just 1 day for "BOND" watching and maybe get some photos. Arrive late tuesday. All day Wednesday 11th depart early morning. Advice would be welcome.

    Time To Get Out is definitely the benchmark in the Craig era when it comes to cues, the more I think about it although I'm not Arnold's biggest fan I wish he was scoring this now.

    I think one film away would have given him a challenge to come back and raise his game, maybe a revisited Time To Get Out with a new twist, a bit like Barry always reworked the JB theme to sound fresh and exciting.

    Maybe Newman will raise his game and surprise us all, it is the aspect of SPECTRE I'm not expecting to be up there with the rest of the film, the problem I think for me is OHMSS will always have the edge however good SP is because of Barry's sublime score, no one else will top that!

    I liked Newman's score for SF. Not when I heard 1 or 2 tracks online before the film opened though. With the film I thought the score was great. One of my favourite pièces in the whole score is the "She's Mine" track. I think that is one great piece. I think for his SPECTRE score he definately needs to bring a more Barryesque style. I think OHMSS is a difficult soundtrack to top. Definately one of, if not my favourite Bond score. Can't wait to hear the chase music...on the slopes and on the Streets of Rome.

    I like newman's score from sf, although there were a few tracks I didn't care for. Definitely hoping for more brass. I do actually like his use of strings, but it's a bond score, there needs to be brass.

    One question? I didn't see as many on-set pictures in 2011/2012 when "Skyfall" got filmed. Are we.....fans....getting slightly insane :-P?

    We've never had a big henchman like that during the Craig era. It's gonna be a sight. I hope it doesn't go too far into the direction of unlikely Moore-era strongmen. Jaws has his place in Bond history, but those days are gone and I don't wish them back.

    A testament to the success of Skyfall (it was that damn good), the return of Mendes, and a great cast.
