Once again you're going to a desert island. You are only allowed to have three consecutive Bond movies with you during this exile. Which do you take? :-?

TLD, LTK GE. My top 3 (although I don't rank them in that order, I have LTK first).

In 2nd place I'd have YOLT, OHMSS and DAF. I love YOLT and OHMSS and although I'm not really a fan of DAF I do like the score and Wint and Kidd.

    TLD
    LTK
    GE
In that order and I see that TLR beat me to it !.

First two answers are also mine! The Daltonator is my favourite Bond, and enough of a lingering air of his take drifted into GE that I can see it on almost the same level. Plus, these three are some of the smaller Bonds, not relying on mega-budgets to do their dirty work for them. L-)

Oh boy this will be very hard... The mind reels at the mere thought of having to make such a choice.

    Possibilities:
    1) DN - FRWL - GF (but then I miss TB...)
    2) FRWL - GF - TB (but then I miss DN...)
    3) TLD - LTK - GE
    4) CR - QOS - SF
    5) OHMSS - DAF - LALD (because I hold OHMSS in very high esteem, DAF is goofy fun with Barry's second best Bond score IMO and LALD has Jane...)

    I'm gonna go with
    TLD - LTK - GE
because I'm a loyal Daltonite and GE is my favourite Bond of all times. But damn you sir for forcing me into this position. :-w

    If only you were

In any event, maybe The Man With The Golden Gun, The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker. I'd go with those

Exactly the ones I would bring, but it would be a difficult decision.

TLD LTK GE are reaaaally good choices, but I'd probably go with CR, QoS and SF.

Easy: From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball
  • Dr. No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger. #s 7, 2, 1 on my ranking, so it's a relatively easy choice.

    I'd take Dan's three.

    TLD - LTK - GE

The former two because they're my #'s 1 & 2. And GE, which I can take or leave, really. But having GE still beats the alternative of AVTAK - TLD - LTK.

With you all the way! Although I think Quantum of Solace is a decent Bond film it definitely ranks in the bottom half of my rankings, so this is a measure of just how highly I rate Skyfall and PARTICULARY Casino Royale, for me the greatest Bond film of all time!

I'd take those two lists too. Craig's three are also a good pick.

From this POV I'd have had to go with GF, TB & YOLT... remember big action counts on a boring desert island!

This is easy, CR-QoS-SF. The new golden age!
CR and SF is in my top three and QoS is in my top 6!

FRWL, GF and TB... then I swim to another island and choose CR, QOS and SF.

(If I add OHMSS and TLD it would become a perfect list).

Easy choice, the first three; DN, FRWL, GF.
  • Crazy tough choice but I'd have to go with FRWL, GF & TB.

I'd have to go with TSWLM, MR and FYEO. I would really miss some of the others though.

I don't usually go for this listing and ranking stuff, but what the heck, since I'm here now anyway, and it's such an easy choice... CR, QOS, SF.

    My three are

The Living Daylights - Licence To Kill - Goldeneye

I love Dalton and GE is the best Brosnan and is certainly better than Roger in AVTAK...
