Goldfinger won't win. I would be really surprised if it did. Most people will vote for more recent films.
Since the poll is on Facebook I agree. I thought Goldfinger would win at first because it normally wins polls, but now I think CR will win because it's on Facebook, so lots of kids/teenagers who have only seen the newer films will vote.
I'm not as bitter and twisted as this really. Maybe sometimes.

The fundamental flaw with democracy (which I'm shocked that still no one has had the bottle to point out) is that the general public are f**king morons. Its outrageous that the same people who vote for shite like X Factor or Britains Got Talent can actually determine who has their finger on the button without having the first idea about global politics or economics. And America is even worse - there you have people who believe in creationism able to vote some retard like Sarah Palin in who will just launch every warhead at Iran on day one - when theyve managed to track down Iran on an atlas that is.
Democracy is bloody petrifying actually.
Yeah, I won't be surprised if Goldfinger wins. I will vote for FRWL. OHMSS just misses out on the number 1 slot for me.
I can see a good few of the younger generation and those who haven't seen all the films voting for Goldeneye.
Good points made on democracy. I dislike most if not all reality television and what angers and frustrates me is that the public have the right to vote on shows like 'Stars In Their Eyes'. At times, singers who have sung popular songs but don't sound anything like the singer they are trying to impersonate have won while others who have sung less known songs but genuinely sound like the original singer have missed out. It's so unfair. It's ridiculous.
Yeah me too. The thought that shows like Stars In Their Eyes have their results skewed by idiots dubious voting makes my blood boil. Our soldiers dying in unwinnable wars that go on forever and the global economy in meltdown I can live with but this just takes the cake.
Jesus us it any wonder the state we're in with comments like this? And of course the beauty of democracy means that Bounine gets to vote on the person who has a nuclear arsenal at their fingertips and can end up oblitetaring us all.
10-15 year olds: Goldeneye. 15-20 year olds: Casino Royale. And since that's most of Facebook I think one of these two will win. Probably CR since it's more recent.

Sir Roger Moore and Britt Eckland lead 50th anniversary celebrations in tour of memorable 007 locations across Britain.
Some of the biggest stars from the James Bond films are to take part in a golden anniversary celebration of the series.
Former Bond Sir Roger Moore, Richard "Jaws" Kiel and Britt Eckland, who played Mary Goodnight in The Man with the Golden Gun, will carry a gold case containing the first box set of all 22 Bond films on Blu-ray as it travels the length of Britain in 007's Aston Martin DBS.
The silver sports car was one of the originals featured in the last Bond film, Quantum of Solace.
The case will tour memorable locations in the UK from Monday until 24 September, retracing the spy's steps from the highlands of Wester Ross and Argyll (The World Is Not Enough and From Russia with Love) to the Eden Project in Cornwall (Die Another Day), via Stoke Park (Goldfinger and Tomorrow Never Dies) and, of course, Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire.
The gold case, fitted with a "007 Days" digital timer starting at 10.07am on Monday at Eilean Donan Castle in Wester Ross (the British secret service HQ in The World Is Not Enough), will also be carried by former Bond girls Eunice Gayson, Tania Mallet and Shirley Eaton as well as fans and celebrities.
Each location will be presented with a unique gold disc commemorating its part in Bond history.
The case will also travel by train, helicopter, boat and on foot, culminating in a dramatic stunt at the HMV store in Oxford Street, central London on 24 September, with the shop opening at 10.07am.
Next month will be the 50th anniversary of the release of the first Bond film, Dr No. On 26 October the latest Bond instalment, Skyfall, is released, with Daniel Craig reprising the role of Bond.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention the 'dramatic stunt' when I reported on the Bluray extravaganza at Oxford St HMV.
I'm not 100% certain but I think it was when Britt Ekland pulled up outside in a DBS which MOUNTED THE KERB AT ABOUT 2mph - presumably because it would've got a ticket if it had stopped in the road. I was awestruck I can tell you.
Or maybe it was when Richard Kiel drove his mobility scooter up the wheelchair ramp?
Either way I think you'll agree we certainly weren't short changed on this occasion by EON as we have been on so many other aspects of the 50th!
They could've done so much more with this. I said in spring/summer I didn't think the 50th had been much and all I got was "the years not over yet!"
Well SF is almost out and the year is almost over and it has been crap.

All I can see happening now is the premiere and release of SF and that's yer lot.
They couldn't even get the premiere right - for all the people banging on about all the Bonds appearing together we all know Sean was never going to come but they couldn't even get their dates in order with Rog who I'm sure would've attended.
Basically unless SF is as good as or better than CR then EON have dropped the ball over the 50th - that's all the can save them from a massive dose of criticism come the end of the year.
(I am also reminded a bit of Bogey in this!)
