Would have picked QOS for years, but my latest LALD viewing was so much fun that I'm going to pick that one.

While both LALD and QOS are flawed (IMO), I'll go with LALD for purely sentimental reasons ..... and the killer theme song by MACCA.

I like them pretty equally and consider them upper but not highest tier Bond films. LALD by just a little.

In my completely subjective and arbitrary Moose Marks, I would give it to LALD at 93% vs QoS at 74%

    TLD > FYEO… TLD is top 10

QOS = LALD (mood dependent but enjoy both immensely; and yes, Moore had a great debut).

    You're surprised, I can tell...

Perhaps unsurprisingly given where I live, I find the first half of LALD much more engaging than the second half. Something narratively falls apart for me around the time Rosie drops out of the movie. The stakes feel super low from that point on, like they needed to carry through with one of the established henchman (Tee Hee, Whisper, etc.).

I still think QoS has more energy.

The film has the script of an episode of a television series. Don't ask too much.

It's easy to understand why they included the Solex thing in TMWTGG
