The Greatest Prank Calls Thread

This thread is dedicated to collating the greatest prank calls available on the internet. Prank calls are a great form of humour and in this thread I intend to post some of my favourites from over the years. As long as they aren't harming anyone (unlike the Australian prank call in 2012 where the Queen was impersonated and which sadly resulted in the suicide of the woman who put the call through) I think they are fine. Here are a few prank calls to get the thread going:

Firstly a very famous one from 1997 where impressionist Jon Culshaw impersonated then Leader of the Opposition William Hague and managed to get through to the then prime minister, Tony Blair:

Next a 1996 call to the National Drugs Helpline:

Here are a few prank calls to Pete Price, one of my favourite "shock jock" DJs and radio presenters:

This one is pretty surreal. I love it when the host plays along with the madness of the prank caller and rather than getting angry just "answers a fool according to his folly":

There will be many more to come from myself. These are just a taste of what I feel are some of the greatest prank calls of all time. Please feel free to post your own favourite prank calls. The more the merrier! ๐Ÿ™‚

Ah, a delicious subject! There are some of my favorite prank calls:

Somehow they actually booked a hotel room in this one:

The last 20 seconds of this one are priceless:

    Strong language - NSFW:

(Maybe too strong -- let's err on the side of caution here!)

Jack Jersawitz was a Communist in Atlanta, Georgia who had a public access TV show on People TV called Brainstorms. He predictably got a lot of prank calls in to his current affairs talk show:

The call at 07.17 is my favourite as it's genius in how the caller appears to be taking a stand on the prank calls while trolling himself. Very clever and hilarious. Even Jack had to smile at the audacity of that one! ๐Ÿ˜€
