Given all this Nolan news I'm starting to hope the title of Bond 26 is:

    You Only Live Twice

Maybe he can also give us a faithful adaption of Moonraker as well. And I know people like Thunderball, but if the man really does end up doing two faithful adaptions, I'd love for him to do a proper TB and YOLT to bookend the wonderful OHMSS that we already have.

He can remake OHMSS too. Lazenby was not the best actor in the world.

Personally, I can't see a time where Eon will ever reuse Bond titles they've had previously. The unadapted parts of the novels and stories, no doubt, but not the titles themselves.

For sure, and a friend of mine I was talking to agreed as well. Personally I could see it happening.

I think that, from a marketing point of view, it would be confusing and problematic.

Maybe, but other franchises have done it, it wouldn’t be unprecedented.

It seems to be in discussion that Nolan wants to do period adaptions of Bond stories, so I wouldn’t say it’s extremely unlikely to happen.

Ooh I like that one. That's going on the list :)

Yes, that one is really good. One of my favourites so far. Would you be so kind as to present us with your list, @mtm, as I know you had a title some pages back that was also very, very good. Unless it’s a figurative list, of course. But if you happened to make a favourites list, do share. I remember The Silhouette Man, Names are for tombstones,…

Inspired by Nas latest smash hit, 'Never Die', I present to you

    TOMORROW AIN'T GON' NEVER DIE

    Lyrics:

Yeah, tomorrow ain't gon' never die
    Ha-ha-ha
    Ah
Tomorrow ain't gon' never die, it ain't gon'-, uh
    It ain't gon' never die
Tomorrow ain't gon' never die, just ain't no time
Just no time, tomorrow ain't gon' never die

    Shadowplay.

I know someone else here mentioned Shadow Play a while back, but it could be shortened to one word too, as in the song by Joy Division.

In the shadowplay, acting out your own death, knowing no more
As the assassins all grouped in four lines, dancing on the floor
And with cold steel odour on their bodies made a move to connect
But I could only stare in disbelief as the crowds all left
To the centre of the city in the night, waiting for you

No, this is TOMORROW AIN'T GON' NEVER DIE, the prequel to TOMORROW NEVER DIES.

It'll be part of a trilogy with the third and final film being TOMORROW AIN'T GONNA BE REPEATED.
