I would add The, like in The Third Man (1949).

Yes, I was thinking that myself. The Silhouette Man or The Man Who Is Only A Silhouette for the full quotation from Moonraker. That might be a bit long for a modern Bond title though.

Or brevity could carry the day.

    SILHOUETTE

I love the long Bond titles (they are some of the best) and we are overdue after the Craig era!

No Time To Die was not exactly short. Well it was not very long, but it had more than one word. In my case I'm for the alternance between long and short titles, of possible.

Sound more like short stories titles.

    Pre-title sequences as Bond titles:
    - Scorpio
    - Operation: Toro
    - The Lurk Labryinth
    - Seek For Vengeance
    - Operation: Airborne
    - Traditions Of A Hitman

If it wasn't already a Eurovision song, "Rise Like a Phoenix" could be good. "Phoenix Rising" too. It hints at resurrection and Bond's return without being too in-your-face about it.

    Monsters like us

Actually a title of one of my books, but it could work, I think.

    Those three work together.

    The longest title ever!

That'd be all one word in German. ;)

Now there's a great shooting location if possible.

    some more from my notes:
    Mission In Moscow
    Trigger Instinct
    Forever Lies Ahead
    Nightfall
    Moon To Mars

    I do like:

    Forever Lies Ahead
    Forever Waits Ahead
    Waiting On Forever
    Holding On Forever

    and randomly:

‘Forever’ is a nicely Bondy word.
    How about:
    Who Needs Forever
    Nothing Lasts Forever
    Forever Can Wait
    Too Late To Live Forever
    It’s Only Forever
    For Now Or Forever
    Forever Hold Your Peace
    Only Death Lasts Forever
  • "This could take forever!"

    Beginning of Forever
    Forever Man
    Shades Of Forever
    Forever As One
    Let Forever Be
    Cold Forever
    Die Tomorrow Live Forever
    Forever Or Never
    End of Forever

John Gardner had two such Bond novel titles himself:

Nobody Lives Forever/Nobody Lives For Ever
    and Death is Forever.

I do like "It's Only Forever".

I always liked Sanchez's line in LTK to his puppet President: "Remember- you're only president for life". Feels like that could work into a title somehow, and that's got a bit of that.

Maybe could go a bit literal:
    You're Only Mine For Life

Nothing Lasts Forever is already the title of the novel that inspired Die Hard.

I like it. Maybe something like

    You'll Never Get Another Shot

to make it a bit more negative and Bondy?
