I like this one. I think a good title for a new Bond needs to hint at the legacy of Bond, which is why I like Nobody Does It Better. NEC works well.

Thanks. As a Law graduate it came to mind as an Act doesn't become law until it receives royal assent from the monarch.
Just ’Royal Assent’ is really good. Wish I had made it my username. Royal might be a no go because of CR though.
The Royal Prerogative would be another legal/constitutional one. I did my Masters Law dissertation on that subject!
