Interesting. Could it be possible they use all three endings as part of test screening in order to see which one the audience reacts to best?
Again I think the final choice on the ending, if this is true, will be up to Fukunaga in the edit :)

Cary Fukunaga has shot THREE different endings for NTTD and only he knows the which will be used in the final cut

So apparently not even Daniel Craig knows what CJF has planned. Fukunaga wants to avoid the climax of the film leaking out. They also filmed a scene last week where a dancefloor gets gassed.

Wonder Woman 1984 trailer is coming early December

Very interesting as the film is due around 7-8 weeks before NTTD. I imagine that NTTD will come out around Thanksgiving.

Also, lots of new cast-members listed on IMDB revealing SPECTRE members:
    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2382320/fullcredits?ref_=tt_cl_sm#cast

Interestingly, Iulia Filipovscaia is listed as a 'Russian worker'. With rumours of Porton Down being a location, I can see the Skripal poisoning playing a role................................................

I really hope all of these endings get put on the eventual Blu-ray release as extras.

Just heard this on the radio - three different endings. Apparently Fukanaga is the only one who knows which one he will use. Even Craig doesn’t know. Most wise. I don’t think a test screening would be wise, especially if they show all three different endings.

Perhaps the endings are contingent on whether Craig continues after this film which I still doubt is likely to happen.

Lots of interesting options here it seems like: maybe a theatrical release where the film ends with Bond riding off into the sunset with the girl, and a possible Director's Cut where the director can do something more dramatic with their vision (Bond dying, perhaps?).
A Blu-Ray release with several different endings would be really amazing.
If there were several different endings, I wonder what the fans would view as "canonical"?

The version released in the cinema would be canon.

I’d love to see all three, but historically EON is stingy with deleted scenes. Probably to keep options open in case they want to repurpose those unused ideas later.

I think the ending will come naturally to Fukunaga when he sees the whole thing together :)

Agree. Surely Barbara and Michael G. must have some sort of idea of how it ends as well.

Craig probably had to give Eon and Barbara a definitive answer towards the end of filming as to if this is his last.

As much as I love Craig I think it’s time to say farewell in this film.

It’s going to come full circle with Casino Royals in more ways than one, it’s time to
    finish the story

Or maybe, probably, he has a clear vision of what he wants and is simply using a bit of misdirection.
And now we'll never know who was behind this. The trail's gone cold.

Don’t know what it could be about. They’ve been so secretive when asked almost anything about it so far.
  • Did you hear they've shot 3 endings?
I wonder if it’s all just tabloid rumors... Anyway, if it is true and if I were directing this, it wouldn’t make a difference to me whether I knew if Craig were leaving or not. I would know how I wanted it to end.

If they are shooting three endings then surely Craig will be informed of which one is used well ahead of time and will outrank Fukanaga in terms of picking the final choice. He’s the bloody producer!

or maybe craig doesn't care because he finds that the 3 endings are awesome...

Since when is a Mirror article the undisputable truth?

Perhaps they've filmed 3 happy endings with 3 different Bond girls. Craig's never been a great one for making up his mind.

Just hoping whichever one Cary chooses Bond jumps off a balcony into a swimming pool. And there's a winking fish obv.

I don't think that's true, as far as I remember there was a rumour surrounding GOT ending that they shot multiple finale's and not many people knew about the ending. But think of it this way, can EON afford to shoot 3 different sequence just to use only one, it may cost more time and money which sounds highly immature thing to do.

If anyone can afford it EON can.

What makes you think that? You could have two men and four white walls and shoot three outcomes.

If there are 3 endings - let's not hold our breath for the Bluray. We're still waiting to see the alternate QOS ending.
