I was against the DB5 returning but I have now been won over. It looks right at home in Matera.

I have to wonder if the DB5s play into the cloning theme. Yes, I'm kidding.

But it's been startling seeing them assembled and moving around locations. A really thrilling time for a Bond production.

Dear lord. "Goons" in training for NTTD or prod crew having fun? Some other instagrammer took the second image.

It looks intended. On film it would look great.

Damn right it was planned. You can see crew members standing to the left, doing nothing after the crash.
So he crashes, but is also seen driving onto the bridge which Bond jumps. So it's safe to assume, that the jump from the bridge isn't the ending, but part of the begining of the whole sequence?

No, two different motorbikes. The crash is a red and white Yamaha, I think, and on the bridge it's a black Triumph scrambler.

I'm reposting my bike jump crash here so we have some sort of a con't. And good find on your part @moneyofpropre2. That uploader has another clip were the drone goes up in the sky first. But it's rather pointless video I guess. Anyway, full crash:

Lol i knew it. Pretty sure now that he will scratch the sides of his car by going through a narrow alleyway like the one we saw last week.

At least they didn't need to close the road for the stunt, as I think no car will attempt to drive there. ;)
Location is Vico San Leonardo btw, and there are some more steps than the ones we see in the video.

And this was shot at the Via Fiorentini, just outside the Osteria Al Vicinato. Imagine the scene where they sit inside the Osteria and get a phone call that Bond will pass them in a few seconds, therefore they grab their guns and run outside to give the Aston a broadside. Oh man, this chase could be so good with so much going on, hopefully it delivers!

Yes sir, in Gravina right next to the bridge stunt jump cause that big cement tower thing is the real deal and that's in Gravina. So they just added the tombstones made of foam and wood.

Is that someone dressed in white in the DB5 passenger seat, maybe Madeleine's stunt double ?

Also, the chase scene does look brilliant, but it will be nothing without a fantastic score to accompany it in places.

They do seem to look a shade darker than the previous DB5s but I guess that's just the light conditions.

Good spotting. That must be Lea's double which means Swann/Lea is in for the full chase. Maybe gets shot by the goons during the race, who know's...
