Let's see what Pattinson can do, my initial thoughts a few weeks ago was that I would prefer Hoult though I have a strong feeling Hoult may end up being the next Superman.

I would like to see Matt Reeves try to fit Superman and maybe even Brainiac or Metallo in this trilogy. He did almost direct Man of Steel, after all. They also seem to getting rid of anything that Zack Snyder did. Help Superman as well!

One last thing. Bring in more members of the Bat-Family. We got a definite Batman Solo trilogy. Let's expand the world!

From early reports I read it would appear alot of Batmans rogue gallery may show up in the first film, I have been watching Titans one positive of that show is how effortlessly DC characters have appeared and slotted in, I would like to see that with the new Batman trilogy

I hope something good will come from this. There's incredible potential for a great Batman series. Hundreds of excellent stories have been written, ready to be used, polished if needs be, merged, updated, ... All I'm saying is that 80 years of comics provide countless fruitful backbones for standalone and/or multiple-film stories. Story- and screenwriters, in essence, do not necessarily have to start from scratch. They can grab the best parts of existing material and run with that if so desired.

Then there are dozens and dozens of interesting characters, a gallery to pick and choose from. No need to introduce weak, uninspiring nobodies. Decide upon the tone of the film and then decide which pieces, ready for the grab in the vaults of DC, to throw on the chessboard. The ingredients exist; no be the best cook you can be and work the magic with them.

Just don't try to be Marvel. Don't try to be the happy, family friendly superhero. Capture the essence of Batman. Study TAS, invite the likes of Dini, Timm and others to your meetings. Several episodes of TAS seem to effortlessly deliver epic, unforgettable moments. Rarely has a Batman live-action film given us the emotional power of

It's okay to let your budget drop far below Avengers money. It's okay to aim for a good film rather than for a gigantic BO success.

Hopefully they'll flesh out his character unlike Batman Forever.

I'm fifty-fifty on both. Benicio is talented and Supergirl could introduce some new Superman villains on the big screen, which is long overdue for some of them.

Not exactly sure what the hell I'm looking at here...

And its really disappointing that WB is sitting out Hall H at Comic-Con this year. With the DC films they have coming out soon, it seemed like a good time to really make a big impression.

They're really emphasising these 80s inspired colour schemes.

I am genuinely pissed WB is not doing a hall H presentation considering with the amount of time they have they could in theory have

    Trailer for Birds of Prey
    Trailer for Wonder Woman 1984
First photo of Pattinson as Batman (to calm my fears of him looking to scrawny)

And a hopeful new trailer for batwoman that drops the sjw garbage from the first trailer and re writes the show as Kathy Kane being worried for Bruce’s disappearance and that being the focus at least of the first season

They already canceled Swamp thing after the release of the first episode so what do you really expect with those in charge of DC-verse

Jaume Collet-Serra (The Commuter, Run All Night, Non-Stop, Unknown) will direct Black Adam with Dwayne Johnson in the titular role.

I wonder if that means Liam Neeson has a guaranteed role, then.

How Javier Bardem would look as Two-Face. We need him as a DC villain soon!

I don´t think that artwork is especially well-done. And beside that, Bardem is one of those actors, like Rami Malek and Ralph Fiennes, who should have as Little mask as possible. I quite enjoyed Fiennes´ Voldemort, but I immediately lost interest in that Performance once I saw Fiennes in In Bruges. And just look at Bardem´s Performance in Collateral, he can be clever and menacing and lost and slightly dumb and funny all at the same time, and he doesn´t even have dyed hair in those Scenes.

Here’s a great video of director David Sandberg detailing some of the difficulties in filmmaking.

I´m really hoping it gives De Niro something to Show off for a Change. I´m tired of seeing a film with De Niro and De Niro acting like he´s bored to death.

For some odd reason I had no idea De Niro was even in this film?
