    Terence Young and Martin Campbell both delivered my favorite tone for the cinematic Bond, so they get my vote (with Young being #1.

    Lewis Gilbert is also a favorite, for bringing a totally different and fantastical feel that I find really appealing to escape the day to day stresses of the real world. YOLT, TSWLM and MR are wonderful worlds to get lost in.

    This is exactly where I stand. Coming at 3rd best, for me, would be Peter Hunt. OHMSS is a masterpiece.
