    I obviously agree on DAF.

    Agree on Gun's PTS. The mid-century sets are wonderful.

    I can pretty much go along with you love for FYEO's score, sans disco. The final 3/4 of this score is actually quite good, indeed.

    I agree that wit and sophistication should pretty much be prerequisites for a Bond villain, and Gray's Blofeld certainly embodied those traits.

    Tiger, along with Dikko, are the most compelling characters--Bond included--in YOLT.

    And, yes, Sideburns the Cabbie is a terrific minor character. "He's goin' on in!"

    Absolutely. Wish she became the next Sylvia Trench and appeared here and there in a few later flicks as Bond's somewhat steady girlfriend at home.

    I also quite enjoy the TND title sequence, a great run through of the themes of the film.

    It's probably the best thing about the entire movie from that years release. Add to that, Sheryl Crow's theme intro and some decent action in Hamburg, but apart from that, doesn't really have a lot to offer. I invariably lose interest once Bond leaves for South East Asia

    I think Mister Mendel was great, personally. Yes, he was effeminate and annoying, but that was the point! There are annoying people in the world I cross path with.

    I don't think so. For lots of people, the fact that TLD has a superb Barry score is sometimes the reason why TLD edges it over Licence to Kill.
    I would say that it is universally acclaimed (for us Bond fans, anyway).

    If we're doing multiple films then my Top 5 most underrated Bond films (chronologically) are:
    You Only Live Twice
    The Man with the Golden Gun
    Licence to Kill (not underrated by everyone, but I see it near the bottom or middle of many rankings)
    The World is Not Enough
    Quantum of Solace

    I would say OHMSS, but it's garnered a lot more respect and love from fans over the recent years. Still, some do hate/dislike it. Also a case could be made for LALD being underrated.

    Most Underrated Henchman: Grant - (He's not a villian, he's a henchman)
