The movie should be called "The Shadow Of Revenge"
Well let Daniel Craig do his next 2 Bond movie then Sam can replace him. But the title is seem to great. Ralph Fiennes & Ben Wishaw including Naomi Harries to return

I have 2 lists in my head for Bond 24; one is of things that I really wish they would do but may or may not actually happen, and the other is a list of things I want to see which could very well make it into the next film. I think everyone has these two lists in there head but often times they get mixed together on this thread. Here they are:

    Plausible Wish-list:
    - gunbarrel back at the opening
    - return of Quantum
    - proper car chase where Bond is in pursuit, not being chased
    - snowy location and Bond skiing, not boarding

    Reach Wish-list:
    - return of Blofeld, (as much as I want it to happen, I'm not sure it will)
    - straightforward plot, Bond gets a mission and does it, no character building
    - Bond in New York City
    - a plot related to terrorists in Afganistan
    - Bond shagging 3 or more women

    Really? (Moore's raised eyebrow)

I'd prefer the title "For God's Sake No More Revenge." Or perhaps "Delicatessen in Stainless Steel."

I really want another fleming title The Hildebrand Rarity or Risico
  • 1. Sam Mendes back to direct
    2. Roger Deakins back for cinematography
    3. Thomas Newman back for score
    4. Classic mission reveal with Bond going to M's office, followed by Bond going to Q-Branch.
    5. Daniel Kleinman back for Title Sequence
    6. Paloma Faith for theme song (Preferably a collaboration with Thomas Newman)
    7. Stand alone PTS ending with Bond saying a quip related to the way he does away with the threat (a la Goldfinger PTS).
    8. Villainous Bond Girl
    9. Snowy environment for a portion of the film. Ski chase scene only if Craig does enough stunts to make it seem realistic and to add character to the chase.
    10. Bond with the girl at the films conclusion.
  • David Arnold or someone who likes Bond music doing the music again

    gunbarrel opening

return of Quantum (if they had Specter tie in that would be awesome but not important)

bigger than life world in danger plot, Bond gets mission from M has witty by play with Moneypenny and saves the world,

    some good quips

ends up with Girl at end of film

A movie more along the lines of Casino. I loved Skyfall but one didn't emphasize with the character of Bond as much as in Casino. I'm worried the series will get too fluffy. I like the grittiness. But thats just my 5 cents.

Based off of Harris' response on where she would like to go with Moneypenny in 'Bond 24' and on, is there anyone else who would like to see her go back into the field to redeem herself?

After watching the Bonds in order, I wouldn't mind seeing a big army vs army battle in the climax. It used to be a staple, it would be nice to see again.

What Armies would you think could be possible?

Can't be US and China, too big of box offices. I think it'd be too soon to go back to South America.

I personally hope for some Africa/Australia locations.

I didn't mean Armies in the literal sense, poor word choice on my part. I'm talking about the force vs force. Maybe a platoon of bad guys vs an SAS platoon. I like Bond being the lone hero, but I also liked the tradition of Bond being part of something bigger. I think Die Hard changed that in film. You would know **** got real if Bond is calling for back up.

Maybe he means Bond and his allies agains the villain's like in YOLT? That's what I assumed he meant. Not actual military armies, but two big groups facing off in a big battle.

Ah. Maybe I shouldn't take things so literal. So when people say 'kill me now' they don't actually mean it? Because then I might have some.. spring cleaning.. to do. For unrelated reasons.

Okay, let me try. I agree with sirseanisbond, there are two kinds of wish list: the plausible one and the daydream one. And I would also add a third one: the one you know will not happen.

Anyway, here is my plausible wish list:

    -The return of Quantum.
    -A novel's Blofeld-like villain (I don't think we will see Blofeld yet).
-A badguy, either henchman or main badguy, who is a physical challenge to Bond the way Grant and Oddjob were.
-Said badguy is not a Grant or Oddjob clone.
    -More Bond girls.
-Bond girls who are oblivious to the world of espionage.
-Something directly lifted from Fleming novels, either a character, lines or a still unused situation.
    -Felix Leiter.

    The "usual" suspects
Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomi Harris as Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw as Q, Jeffrey Wright as Leiter, Rory Kinnear as Tanner, and of course Craig... with slightly longer hair.

    Firearms
Walther PPK in 7.65 (not PPK/S in .380) and Walther P99.
    Silenced/suppressed PPK.
    Bond with a shoulder holster.
I would have loved to see Andrew Bond's Anderson Wheeler rifle mounted on a wall in Bond's flat but I imagine it is now a pile of ashes.

    Locations/settings/story elements
Some solid espionage. I enjoyed the investigative work in QOS and the trailing of Patrice through Shanghai in Skyfall.
Snow. Perhaps a mission with Bond in winter camo behind a sniper rifle doing recon which eventually leads to ski chase.
Maybe a dinner party at a mansion (a la True Lies) that Bond infiltrates.
Perhaps some more militaristic elements: SAS, submarines, Royal Navy.

    Gadgets
Reasonable gadgetry. No jetpacks or watches with lasers.
Modern Aston Martin. If it isn't too Brosnan'ish or goofy, perhaps a scene where Q shows Bond his new car. Q mentions how he heard about the modifications done to the DB5 in Skyfall so he took the liberty to equip the new car with Bond's "usual refinements".

    Enemys
I wouldn't mind seeing Quantum being a plot piece again. I would like to see Jesper Christensen showing up again too... if not to just get killed off by Bond.
A strong actor to play the villain. Perhaps the head or higher-up in Quantum. Philip Seymour Hoffman, Kevin Spacey, Daniel Day Lewis? A villain with intensity and anger. His underlings fear him.
A formidable henchman that could truly put Bond through his paces. Tom Hardy? Jason Statham? Of course an intense brutal fight between the two.

    Thats all... for now

*As I have said (and others on here too), Dan's Bond in a snowy scene (PTS maybe?) would be mind-blowing! If we got Deakins back think how gorgeous it would be! When he did True Grit it literally felt like the snow was falling near you, projecting off the screen.

*Dan in a white dinner jacket would be amazing.

*I want to see Bond's flat.

*It would be great to see Bond in India, Dubai, Serbia, Australia or Canada, to name a few possible future locations.

*Some great espionage with Bond doing some detective work. It would be great to see a nighttime scene of him being tailed and growing paranoid of being ambushed in tight streets a la The American.

*The Bond theme being used in the score again, like in Skyfall.

*A scene in a large gala with a big band playing. Maybe a great fight in a ballroom with Dan in a tux/white dinner jacket as the orchestra plays?

    *More gorgeous visuals.

*More great ideas/themes like in Skyfall, a film with many levels of symbolism.

*A traditional Daniel Craig Bond chase near the beginning. A chase scene partly inside a hall of mirrors would be interesting.

*Bond going one to one in a fist fight with the main villain near the end. It would be great to see Bond have a main villain that could match him physically.

*More of Bond doing some non-mission work at MI6.

    That's all for now. :)

I would like to see a whitewater chase scene. It could start with a climbing part up a gorge (or frozen waterfall), possibly to infiltrate some sort of compound. Then a part of scaffolding collapses and sends Bond and another figure, which is pursued by Bond, into the raging waters. Hanging on to the scaffold, Bond manages to escape being smashed into a rock and drowned in an eddie. He ultimately is separated from the scaffold and continues his pursuit swimming/diving. At that point he'll find himself being hunted by a helicopter that barely manages to navigate in the narrow gorge. The whole scene could be happening in winter, when it would start with ice-climbing, adding the danger of freezing to the entire chase.
Is that too much Brosnan Bond, or would Craig cut a figure in this?

No more overuse of the MI6 staff, they've been used enough (I fear though, that this will not come true)
Much more glamorous locations (Australia, Canada, Dubai) if theres anything that some of the recent Bond films have lacked (except Skyfall in parts) is a feeling of worldwide global adventure.
    Bond gets the girl
Car chase through a city (a la Bullitt)
Bond to not get his clothes as roughed up and dirty while fighting
Cool gadgets (not over the top, just cooler than the ones in Skyfall)
Villain to be featured more and a fist fight with the villain at the end
    Much more stunts
    No more motorbikes
Tense relationship between M and Bond (like Lee and Connery)

To follow on from Brady's point, a white DJ would be amazing actually. I can imagine at somepoint during the film, perhaps, the following scenario:

    - Bond on Naval Reserve duty with an SBS unit of the RNR in Singapore. (Bond naval uniform? Check.)
    - Whilst on leave, we see Bond in central Singapore with white dinner jacket go to a casino game and bed some girl (Phoned directly by M the following morning!)

Oooh, I love the idea of Bond having to be in uniform for the Naval Reserve!
  • Here is my list:
    1. Gun Barrel at the start
    2. Christopher Nolan as Director
    3. Score by David Arnold (Finally got it right with Casino Royale)
    4. Blofeld as the main villain
    5. Little Nellie returns
    6. Good office sexual innuendoes between Eve Moneypenny and Bond before assignment.
    7. Title of the move could be called "Bedlam" which was mentioned in On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
    8. Locations used...Oslo (Pre-titles), London, Cape Town and Johannesburg

Oh, another one came to my mind: more time on location. I want to have a feel of the place, not only having Bond globetrotting.

I'd love that. I have been wondering bout it since CR and QOS. I think for all its flaws, QOS gives an interesting glimpse.

Something that might be nice to see again: a battle for the climatic scene between two armies.

Something I have been wanting to see: an Austrian castle as a villain's headquarters.
