@pachazo Your clues were smarter than my ones and you managed to go on much longer than I was. Great round! I believe that @Birdleson won also my round with this lady. Sharp eyes for those lovely lines ;)

With all due respect, and perhaps others will overrule me on this, but I don't think a picture of a woman in a magazine qualifies as a character, especially as the picture does not really interact with anyone except Bond looking at it. It's more of an object, in my humble opinion.

It definitely pushes the boundaries of what is considered a character, I agree, but then again we've had all sorts of peculiar selections throughout the years. It's all in good fun, but I can understand your opposing view @Thrasos. I thought we determined a while back that basically anything that appears (or is mentioned) onscreen is a qualifying candidate. And as @Birdleson mentioned, it adds a spark to do something out of the ordinary every so often.

Thanks for what you both say. So, on with the game!

Have been pondering, but can't picture the scene yet.

Same here. No reason to hurry @Birdleson. These are very interesting clues.

Ok, I guess someone as to kick things off so I'll try the rejected bride, just before Kissy meets Bond.

It's probably not right but the man who pops the champagne bottle in the pool during Leiters wedding reception.

For some reason, I'm thinking of that whole scene, especially with the water clue.

Wracking my brains trying to find a scene with Bond and other guys getting a massage or other personal service. I thought of the Goldfinger early meeting with Felix but there's nobody fitting the description. Ditto the pampering at Hai Fat's karate school.

Ah of course, it's the little boy getting a shower in the street in front of Brosnan in TND.

I had exactly the same thoughts about GF and couldn't find a fitting character.
I planned to give it a deeper thought tonight. Well, I m obviously too late. Very good @Tokoloshe2 !

Playing a non-speaking kid as a character is something very mean and I would never do this ;)
More seriously: I very much enjoyed these clues @Birdleson.

Eon character as always. Off we go...

    1. This probably the most action I've seen in a long time...

    2. ... and yet despite my feeble efforts, I don't get any action at all

    Two more clues.

    1. This probably the most action I've seen in a long time...

    2. ... and yet despite my feeble efforts, I don't get any action at all.

    3. Not just my finger!

    4. I knew the signs of trouble, but sadly she didn't.

    5. You'll find me back in the ark.

    6. She causes my death, but He causes my death.

    7. I understand complexities that the titular villain freely admits he doesn't.

    8. It's unlikely any trace of my body was ever found.

The last clue really sealed it 😊
    It’s Kra

You got it @R1s1ngs0n , it's Kra the maintenance man from Scaramanga's island. Ranked by Empire magazine as the worst of the 104 villains of the series, and to be honest it's hard to argue...

    https://www.esquire.com/entertainment/movies/g2496/best-james-bond-villains-ranked/

    Explanations:

    1. This probably the most action I've seen in a long time...
    2. ... and yet despite my feeble efforts, I don't get any action at all.

He's alone on the island with Scaramanga and Nick Nack, and makes a creepy pass at Goodnight.

    3. Not just my finger!

Referring to the liquid helium, Bond says "I wouldn't stick my finger or anything else in there".

    4. I knew the signs of trouble, but sadly she didn't.

After Goodnight reveals she 'knocked him out cold' him into the tank, Bond points to the sign (probably put up by Kra) saying that absolute zero must be maintained.

    5. You'll find me back in the ark.

"Back in the ARK" = KRA

    6. She causes my death, but He causes my death.

    Helium = He

    7. I understand complexities that the titular villain freely admits he doesn't.

Scaramanga doesn't understand how exactly the electricity is stored here.

    8. It's unlikely any trace of my body was ever found.

Dissolved in liquid helium, poor Kra is gone for good. The funeral was at sea.

I've been fairly busy and away from the game a few days, but I have a character in mind, unless anyone objects. If you give me a few hours, I can have the first several clues up.

R1s1ngs0n, I know it's your honor, and I'm no Goldfinger, but I thank you for the opportunity.

A named EON character with dialogue.

    Clues:
    1) I help to get the plot going.
    2) I know some secret information that MI6 knows.
    3) I say something that might remind you of something in TMWTGG.
    4) I express my suspicion about something.
    5) In one scene, I hold an item almost exactly like an item Bond holds, and in another scene, we both handle the exact same item, but it is different from the first.
    6) "And now for my next impression--Jesse Owens!"
    7) I engage in subterfuge and say so.
    8) In through the out door?
    9) I make certain arrangements, but my opposition is aware of them.
    10) I speak more than one language.

    Incorrect guesses:
    Captain Benson
    Colonel Moon/Gustav Graves
    Helga Brandt
    Red Grant
