    Ok here goes nothing. It is a character from an official film with a speaking part. I'll add more clues quickly, but I'm starting this one off slower than my last attempt.

    We've guessed a lot of people from TND, and I feel like there are more people in the film it applies to, since I'm watching it right now. Is it the guy who instructs Bond on how the HALO jump works?

    Interesting (or not) fact. That is the actor who played Sgt. Apone in Aliens. :-)
