    This is a tough one..I keep thinking about clue 9, and i cant think of any other 'Major' that hasn't been mentioned. So, i'm back to thinking 'Minor character'. Is it Midge, who was one of Octopussy's guards?. The girl who played her, 'Cherry Gillespie', was once a member of dance troupe 'Pan's People'. So that might explain clue 13, and going by what they wore to protect Octopussy, she could definately do with some new clothes..

    There's someone called Sergeant Stagg in the cast list of The Living Daylights. Can't think where he fits in in the movie, but the name fits a couple of the clues...
