    Ha, no it's not God @retrokitty. No one has found the answer as of yet so I'll provide another clue.

    1) I really surprised one of my fellow co-workers.

    2) You probably thought that you'd never see me again.

    3) You might say that timing is everything to me.

    4) I'm very proud of the work that I've done here.

    5) My favorite song could be "Strangers In The Night".

    6) Three out of the four classical elements were involved in my demise.

    7) I'm neither seen nor heard but rest assured, I am watching.

    Are we supposed to give the answers for our clues? Well if anyone was curious...

    When he kills Kronsteen.

    2) You probably thought that you'd never see me again.
    Walter Gotell went on to play General Gogol.

    3) You might say that timing is everything to me.
    He times how long it took Grant to kill the Bond lookalike .

    4) I'm very proud of the work that I've done here.
    On SPECTRE Island

    5) My favorite song could be "Strangers In The Night".
    A reference to the PTS when Grant kills the Bond lookalike

    Fire, wind and water.

    7) I'm neither seen nor heard but rest assured, I am watching.
    He is watching Grant in the dark

    8) I used to be a fan of water sports before I met James Bond.
    He dies (we assume) on a motor boat.

    Thanks @MayDay. I was tempted to guess Chew Me yesterday but it was your last clue that nailed it for me. Very good round. I'll think of a character and some clues and I'll come back to this shortly.

    EDIT: New round then. Let's see how long this lasts:
