    Thank you. I have made exercise a part of my life for over 30 years. I do a combination of weights and cardio My diet is high in lean protein and healthy fats with moderate amounts of complex carbohydrates. But, I'm not a saint I love pizza and fried chicken. I take a multi-vitamin, fish oil and a B-complex. I also use creatine and Whey protein. I think the key is consistency and having the right parents ;)

    It's an outdoor pool, I'm not wearing a £2,500 watch and £130 swim shorts and I'm not blond, but nonetheless.

    One of my dreams once was to become a James Bond villain :-P. By jolly do I envy my favourite Bond-villain-actors Joseph Wiseman, Telly Savalas, Christopher Lee, Klaus-Maria Brandauer, Christopher Walken, Mads Mikkelsen, Javier Bardem & Christoph Waltz.
