Also, I messaged Paul Haggis on IG and he confirmed he isn’t involved in NTTD

Killing people due to taste in clothes seems like an overreaction.

Well that’s the kiss of someone trying to win someone back if I ever saw one. She looks caught off guard and he’s putting his back into it so to speak. I think Bond and Maddy are definitely separated at the head of the film. How/why they end up together here remains unclear.

I can see her mid sentences being totally surprised by a kiss from a man that she believed couldn’t ever come back into her life again.

So they built a fake hotel room with details just to blow it up. No wonder the budget is massive
It would be more expensive to blow up an existing building. If the purpose was only to shoot Bond and Swann on a balcony, they would have used one of the many already there.

Of course with a real one. They could have built one at Pinewood me thinks. Although they wouldn't got the real deal around the set-piece. Stunning wiew, stunning old houses..

Lol - it's an expression. Sorry, its just my English sense of humour. I forget everyone is sensitive on the internet these days.

I'm not sure how I feel about the loose fitted shirts we have seen on NTTD. It makes sense in Jamaica. But I think Craig always looks better in more fitted casual clothing. He's got a great body, why not show it off?

I can see the looseness of the fit for both Jamaica and Matera. They are both hot and if it is in July, Italy will be into the heat of summer. I was just in Rome and it was pretty warm there even now.

So are they using some of Matera for Norway? What with the costume change? I realise they could stay more than one night in Italy like but didn’t we see that Red dress in Norway filming?

There must be a very good reason Bond isn't dressed as sharpy in the Matera scenes as usually. Costumes are part of telling the story.

    Matera scenes
They could be all flashback-scenes. How he escaped SPECTRE and went underground in Jamaica.

Seemed obvious from the beginning, but finally this puts all the silly speculation to bed. How about that @CASINOROYALE?

Can't wait to see some videos of the explosion at the hotel room.

Looking at the explosion, I can only say: Vesper really stayed on the wrong SPECTRE-side of things. Glad the bitch is dead :-P.

Confirmed in that way that Sassi has written about it today. But I also read about it last week on some other local site who had spoken briefly with the guys at Lotus, same gang that built the hotel room/all sets, hired by EON. They talked about wires, prepped walls, etc. Can't remember the name of the site though. I didn't connect the dots at all at the time with prepped walls, wires as an upcoming explosion but now it makes sense with Sassis report.

In any case I think Lotus will have it on their calender-site if and when it happends. Especially since it all about safety, keeping everyone at a safe distance. Also think the Matera council will have some info on their site.

    Photos on Instagram were deleted.

They did show him in front of a grave with a photo of a man and a woman. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t a grave right next to hers just what I saw.

    Glad there’s proof it’s vesper!

¿BOND 25 and BOND 26? :-? Back-to-Back?? This rumor is not new, but I thought it was already ruled out.

Remember what Christoph Waltz said to Mirror back in January 2016, that he will return in TWO more Bond movies - but 'only if Daniel Craig does too'. Alson The Sun published that the bosses bid to lure Daniel Craig back to 007 role with 2 in 1 Bond film promise. Producers say they would shoot two movies at once to keep the superstar happy.

Now, while the first unit is filming NTTD in Matera we have at the same time the second unit with a scene No. 253 in Sapri. So, is the footage of the movie more than 3 hours or does this scene in Sapri belong to the end of the movie or it really is what ggll007 says that both movies are being filmed together?

In April Fukunaga said that BOND 25 was going to be filmed in Jamaica, Norway, Italy and at Pinewood Studios in London. But nevertheless they have been in Scotland, on the Isle of Wight in England and even Greece has been mentioned many times.

October is comming, they are filming since April, we don't know when they will end and in five months we have not seen the character of Rami Malek, we do not even know his appearance or his name either.

Are the two movies filming back-to-back? I don't know, but it would be a good strategy and for me a great decision. First, because it is the best way to take advantage of Daniel Craig's physique and because the Bond-SPECTRE-Blofeld story doesn't have just two movies.

    ;)

I dont think its 2 films back to back, but maybe. They 100% won't have a new Bond movie ready for 2022 for the 60th anniversary. So maybe this is there way of getting 2 more films out of Craig and milking that cow.

The shooting schedule would be twice as long to film 2 films back-to-back. Plus, the high budget would be even higher. It is one film, end of story.

I'm reminded of Richard Lesters 'The Three Musketeers' and 'The Four Musketeers' movies where the all star cast thought they were only shooting one movie and were up in arms about their fees.
If I recall though, the two movies took a year to shoot!

That's right, the Salkinds claimed they were making one big film, but always planned to cut two separate films, a con to save money on the deals, particularly the cast and the director and writers etc. Eon would never ever try a cheap trick like that.

No one would nowadays, I reckon.

Nah, this is futile discussion, much like that band who claimed to have made the new song.

Filming taking place again in the square with the bonfire ash below the rock church. I have seen a clapper board number finally!

    Scene 45

Bond with blood on face driving Aston away with Swann away from the square where they filmed a weeks ago (the scene where his car drove arpund the square bonfire after being blocked by another car. He then drives along the city edge whilst a motorbike and cars chase.

Well this is startling.....this confirms that the Matera scenes take place around 40 minutes into the film.

This was scene 45 from SP:

    Spectre_Screenshot_1344.jpg

There will be at least one major action scene prior..........

I think this might be the first setpiece of the film.

The Norway PTS is a tense action scene, then there might be an explosion sequence at Porton Down (though I'm not sure where that falls into the movie).

It looks more and more likely that NTTD has the kind of structure that CR had? I mean, CR had some tense action sequences at the start, the Miami bomb chase sequence, and the end, falling Venice house. But in between it was very much a tense thriller (poker game).

I reckon that the center and finale of the film will include lots of in-studio filming.
