Next month Skyfall's website goes live What should it look like?

I figure since we (essentially) have the official title and we have some key locations and some extra info what would you want to see on the site.

My idea First i feel it needs to be more like Casino Royale's site over Quantum of solace, I hated Quantum of solace website loved the film though, here is what envision

The Site should be dark clouds with the official logo up and as filming progresses the more the various "clouds" become active (being able to show things like trailers maybe exclusive clips etc) but just to begin with It's the dark clouds the logo a complete dossier on 007 including what was on the CR/QOS website but also what happened in Casino Royale Quantum of Solace also maybe Hold em poker (I loved that on the Casino Royale site) and the music should be a slow mysterious sounding bond theme like the piece of music from Thunderball that was on the Casino Royale site.

That's it for now how about you what would you want on the Skyfall site?

the website always goes live when the filming begins (see quantum of solace and casino royale and die another day)

and Eon aren't going to come up with a fake title to throw us off the trail this real life not a Brad Meltzer novel.

Yes, it's more than likely that 007.com will become the website of Bond 23 on they day of the press conference but it will only be the first version of the website with very little content.

well the casino royale site even in early stages was far more interesting then Quantum of solace's

Indeed, PP. If you go to the website for MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - GHOST PROTOCOL, it's a trailer and the image of the film's poster.

Also, why would the BOND 23 website have a poker mini-game?

    cause it's cool!

As far as we know, BOND 23 has nothing to do with poker. They might as well add a section for user-contributed recipies. It will be just as relevant.

Well, there doesn't have to be a poker game, but I agree a game of sorts would be cool. If anyone saw the website for the GoldenEye game 2010, that sort of thing would be ideal. It doesn't have to "feature" exactly, but something to discover and make you explore the website would be interesting!

Don't forget that 007.com will probably also serve as the 50th anniversary website during 2012.

If the title is indeed Skyfall, then the menu could be perceived like you are looking down from above the clouds, and you can click on a country to go into certain menus. Selecting a confirmed location (Turkey, Scotland etc.) can take you into that location's stats regarding the film. Maybe have the globe spin left to right to get to other menus. Not sure if that's been done yet.

It will be great if it isn't Skyfall. All this noise over a title that has never been announced as green lit.

Yes @Samuel, and I sure will have a lot of fan art posters that will be defunct. I'll post them a future fan art in my own thread, as a wink to the trick that got played on us all. ;-)

Well, somebody has already registered skyfall.co.uk as an unofficial website for the film.
