PTS: SP (Starting to warm to the car chase in QoS, but it still so fragmented that I can't fully enjoy it. SP's shots are much more traditional for the most part, making it a more engaging experience)
Title Track: SP (QoS is the only theme I don't actively enjoy)
Title Credits: SP (Opening of QoS is good, but after about 30 seconds it becomes very generic and boring to me)
Main Villain: SP (Green ranks among the worst for me)
Main Bond Girl: QoS (Camille is underdeveloped but also underrated. They could have gotten more out of the character who was portrayed very well)
Henchman: SP (Not even a contest)
Overall Plot: QoS (A nice aspect of QoS that has grown on me)
Dialogue: SP (QoS was devoid of almost any humor which is a big part of the dialogue for me. Some of the more dramatic exchanges are better in QoS, but overall SP gets the nod)
Score: QoS (Another solid Arnold effort)
Settings: SP (QoS locales were decent, but SP is slightly more memorable)
Action: SP (Have to freeze frame by frame to see what actually happened in many of the QoS scenes)
    Humor: SP (No contest)
    Cinematography: SP (Absolutely no contest)
    Benign Bizarre: SP
Suspense: QoS (End of the finale with Bond and Camille trapped by fire is the most suspensful moment of either for me)
Minor Characters: QoS (Leiter and Mathis give QoS the category)
    Glamour: SP
Bond Performance: QoS (Craig was great here and just decent in SP)

12-6 SP victory. SP only ranks a couple higher than QoS for me, but by the numbers, SP looks like a more decisive winner.

    SP vs QoS

PTS: QoS (Love the car chase. Visceral, intense, kinetic - one feels like one is in the car with Bond. Capped off with a beautiful Bondian badass moment when he reaches for the glove compartment, pulls out the gun and calmly blows the Alfa and its occupants off the cliff. Quite frankly it's not even close. One of the most underrated PTS against one of the most overrated)
Title track: QoS (After DAD & ANWTD I didn't think it would be possible to come up with something more disgraceful or shameful on this front. Enter Sam Smith to prove me wrong.)
Titles: SP (I found the QoS sand sequence by MK12 a bit dull to be honest. So Octoporn wins).
Main villain: QoS (Almaric's oily slithering Greene blows away a dull and forgettable Waltz Blofeld)
Main Bond Girl: QoS (Even though Bond sadly doesn't get to bang Camille, Kurylenko makes the role a memorable one. )
    Henchman: SP (Sorry Elvis!)
Plot: QoS (I found QoS to have one of the more mature plots in the franchise. A little bit of realism and geopolitics along with realpolitik thrown in also. Much better than soapy brotherly hate)
Dialogue: QoS (It's tragic when I find a film made during a writer's strike to be far better written than one that wasn't).
Score: QoS (I'm not an Arnold fan generally but he wipes the floor with Newman here)
Settings: QoS (SP had the better locations, but QoS did much better work with the ones it had. Every one of them sparkled.)
Action: QoS (Beating of epic proportions. Not even close. Even the bits I couldn't make out were better than the linear tedium in SP, except for the Hinx fight)
Humour: QoS (Giannini's Mathis is worth the price of admission. Elvis, Fields & even Greene are all pretty funny too. Let's not forget Felix!)
Cinematography: QoS (I prefer it despite the poor action editing)
Benign Bizarre: SP (just such a strange film)
Suspense: QoS (some great moments, including Bond in Austria & Yusef!)
Minor Characters: QoS (The earlier films wins just with Fields alone. However, there's also Elvis, Mathis, Medrano, Leiter & Beam)
Glamour: QoS (Fields & Camille trump Swann)
Bond performance: QoS (This not even worth discussing. Craig made QoS. He owned it. Sadly, he was asleep in SP. Maybe it's time to go.)

    QoS: 15
    SP: 3

A sound and well deserved beating

PTS: QOS (The car chase is visceral and exciting with an exciting and heart pounding opening. The cgi in SPECTRE brings it down considerably.)
Title Track: QOS (Alicia Keyes is not half bad.)
Title Credits: SP (No one does it like Daniel Kleinman.)
Main Villain: QOS (Dominic Greene is understated and has worthy motivations. Money. Blofeld is having a scrimmage with his brother.)

PTS: Spectre - QoS is too frantic for my liking, SP showcases a much more appreciable balance between suspense and action.
Title Track: Spectre - I liked Another Way To Die when it was first released, but it's waned over time. I have it near the bottom of my list now.
Title Credits: Spectre - Kleinmann pulled a rabbit out of his hat with this one. I've said it several times before, but it's worth repeating, he made the song fit a visual theme that succeeds in its direction.
Main Villain: Quantum of Solace - I think Green is an extremely underrated villain since he embodies slime ball in spades. He's one of the most interactive villains, in spite of lacking gadgets and stage presence.
Main Bond Girl: Quantum of Solace - Olga is a brilliant fit for the film and she delivers exactly what the film needs. Lea is charming and a nice Bond girl, but her character doesn't take full advantage of the platform (in one film).
Henchman: Spectre - An all-time great henchman compared to an all-time bad henchman.
Plot: Quantum of Solace - I love the plot of QoS; in some respects its the most contemporary and appropriate for a modern Bond. It goes awry in places, but its still leaps beyond SP.
Dialogue: Quantum of Solace - The character drama portion of QoS is extremely well done, and certainly aided by the dialogue.
Score: Quantum of Solace - I'm really fond of Arnold's work here and I often listen to it imagining where he will go next with Bond when given the opportunity.
Settings: Quantum of Solace - It's less about where you go and more about what you show.
Action: Quantum of Solace - This one is close because of shaky cam, but QoS has better scale to its action.
Humor: Spectre - SP has a lot more humor, but QoS is wise not to throw its hat in the ring on this one because it saves a lot more in tone by doing so.
Cinematography: Spectre - There's a large gap between these too, the camera lends itself well to the film in SP.
Benign Bizarre: Quantum of Solace -
Suspense: Quantum of Solace - QoS plays out the way we wish SP was played out. If you combine the positive qualities of both and blend them together, I really think the Craig era would have three stellar films.
Minor Characters: Quantum of Solace - Both are very strong, but I prefer the portrayal of M and Tanner much more in QoS. Having Mathis and Felix seals the deal.
Glamor: Spectre - This is another category QoS doesn't try to compete in, but once again for the better of the overall product. Bond doesn't need to be glamorous when he is seeking vengeance.
Bond Performance: Quantum of Solace - Craig put his body and mind into QoS in a way I don't think he does for SP. Despite its problems, QoS leaves you feeling like you've reached an understanding of Bond -- or maybe that he has reached an understanding of himself. Regardless, there are no existential conclusions that can be definitely drawn from SP.

PTS: QoS - I love how Bond keeps his composure during the intense car chase. It's as if nothing's happened when he says, "Time to get out."
Title Track: QoS - Not great, but enough to get the win.
    Title Credits: QoS - Underrated.
Main Villain: QoS - Also underrated.
Main Bond Girl: QoS - This one was close for me, but Camille's spirit just can't be denied.
Henchman: SP - Only the most ardent SP haters would choose Elvis methinks.
Overall Plot: QoS - Just imagine if Greene was Bond's long lost childhood acquaintance.
    Dialogue: QoS - Just wonderful.
Score: QoS - In my most humble of opinions, this is Arnold's best work. Just when he hit his peak, they canned him.
Settings: SP - Okay, I'll give it credit when deserved.
    Action: QoS - Quite handily.
Humour: QoS - Damn that Roger Moore. Obviously, SP's failed attempts at humor are all his fault.
Cinematography: QoS - I dig it.
Benign Bizarre: SP - Strange days indeed. Most peculiar, mama.
Suspense: QoS - On the edge.
Minor Characters: QoS - Well, Mathis for the win, but also Fields, Felix, Beam, Medrano and Carlos.
Glamour: QoS - Neither one is strong in this category, but I'll give the edge to QoS for Tosca and the hotel for lottery winners.
Bond Performance: QoS - Fantastico vs. Uninspired.

Benign Bizarre: QoS (upon reevaluation, I believe QoS does a better job of integrating the benign bizarre, from drowning Fields to leaving Greene with motor oil to Elvis's Europeanly weird getup to the secret meeting at the opera, into its realistic atmosphere—more is not necessarily better)

Minor Characters: QoS (Mathis, Fields, Felix, Beam...Mathis...)

SP (my No 22) versus QoS (my No 23), should be very close

    PTS: SP
Title Track: Tie (I don't like both)
Title Credits: QoS (slightly better, but both are not the best)
Main Villain: SP (both are horrible but Greene is even a bit worse)
Main Bond Girl: SP (both are decent but I prefer Madelaine)
Henchman: SP (well this is pretty obvious, is there a henchman in QoS?)
Overall Plot: QoS (at least there is a plot)
    Dialogue: Tie
    Score: QoS (probably Arnold's best)
    Settings: Tie
    Action: QoS
Humour: SP (QoS has exactly one funny moment, SP has better jokes)
Cinematography: SP (I hate the shaky cam in QoS)
    Benign Bizarre: SP
Suspense: Tie (both are almost suspenseless.... )
Minor Characters: SP (both are decent bit I like Mr. White more in SP and I like Lucia more than Matthis. I think he is wasted in Qos ... like in most Craig films, the minor character simply disappear after one or two scenes... )
Glamour: Tie (both have some glamour.... Tosca is glamorous as is Lucia's house as well as the desert train)
    Bond Performance: SP

    QoS - 4
    SP - 9
    Tie - 5

So the gap is bigger than I expected but I think this is because SP wins in the more technical categories...

    Suspense: QOS
Minor Characters: QOS (Mathis wins this all on his own!)

PTS: QOS (I love SP's. but QOS is exhilarating.)

Title Track: QOS (by default really. Two of my least favourite Bond themes)

Title Credits: SP (While I'm not crazy about SP's - QOS's feel a little lazy.)

Main Villain: QOS (I'm not a major fan of the Greene character but Blofeld's a real problem in SP. if there was one thing I could change about SP it would be how they handle the Blofeld character.)

Main Bond Girl: QOS (Camille has a drive and strength to her character. Swann could have been really good - but is left hanging by the script and without any real purpose.)

Henchman: SP (Hinx by light years...is his opposition suppose to be Elvis?!)

Overall Plot: QOS (while the villain's scheme is a little underwhelming, the Craig pursuit to discover the secret of quantum and resolving his feelings for vesper is compelling)

Dialogue: QOS (smart, cynical - in the best way and there is an efficiency to the dialogue. Spectre has patches of good dialogue but feels bloated by comparison)

Score: QOS (love Arnold's work in this. Bolivian taxi ride especially)

Settings: SP (although I like the Tosca scene and the opening as whole I prefer the locations in SP. Even with london annoyingly repeated from SF and thrown into the final act.)

Action: QOS (By some distance. Mendes does atmosphere very well but not action. Whereas QOS' energy is intense. The opening car chase and rooftop pursuit bruising. The climatic fight is good too.)

Humour: QOS (I like SP's humour - wish they embraced it more. But I like the dry humour of QOS. The cynical lines of Beam and M's delivery. Mathis' jaded jokes. Bond realising his mistake when he first meets Camille and opens the case. For a film that many claim has a lack of humour I think it has many amusing moments.)

Cinematography: QOS (I like the way this film is shot even if it's over edited, it looks arty and has a distinct atmosphere.)

Benign Bizarre: SP (spectre meeting, white's appearance, torture scene, the opening titles even!)

Suspense: QOS (By quite a long way. Another failing of SP's is suspense across the narrative.)

Minor Characters: QOS (Mr White, Mathis and the interplay between Felix and David Harbour's Beam.)

Glamour: SP (As much as I like the glamour of Tosca I think SP does this very well. That train sequence and the car picking them up from the desert is old school glamour.)

Bond Performance: QOS (I actually like Craig in SP - I wish the film was keener to join him with the cool, unaffected tone he was going for rather than turning it personal and dark. Craig in QOS looks great though - he goes through hell, he's determined and many times he's pretty damn cool.)

    SP- 5
    QOS- 13

On reflection many of these are close run categories - PTS, Humour, dialogue, cinematography and settings are fairly close in my mind. But I think what QOS aims for it achieves whereas what SP aims for it doesn't nail as successfully. By the way - I love all the Craig PTSequences. Definitely nailing that category across his tenure.
