    I'd love to see the amount of titles he had suggested for the novels that haven't been picked up and/or were rejected.

    Amis indeed acted like an A-hole towards the man just because Gardner didn't try to copy Fleming.

    My mind can't come to calculate what kind of an idiot would actually choose a title like Oh No, Mr. Bond or Bond Fights Back. Aiming at the American audiences... Did Glidrose really lose perspective?
