    No that's not it.

Bond is seen removing the fingerprint (DAF) and nipple (TMWTGG) disguises but not the 'stache (OP).

That's good, but not it. It is prop-based I guess.

Gambling dice game are featured TMWTGG is OOO has Bond doesn't roll the dice

Shot in the dark as I can't quite remember if Bond observes a dice game while following the bullets from Lazar?

That's pretty good. Mahjong uses dice.

Lovely stuff, that's what I'm after, well done.
There is indeed a dice game in progress as Andrea makes the exchange; the game is Sic Bo, a Chinese betting game. As you rightly point out, in the other two films Bond plays the dice game himself, craps and backgammon respectively.

Wow! I was struggling to remember if it was tiles or dice. Nice to know this cobwebbed brain of mine still fires up! LOL!

    Next trio!

    Sic Bo, that's the one.

Bond steals a boat but in LALD it's an enemy boat.

Great first guess but alas it is not the correct OOO

Bond does not launch a boat in the air in TMWTGG.

Another great guess! Sadly this OOO doesn't involve boats

Actually, I meant to say 'goat' not 'boat'. Bond does not steal an enemy goat nor launch one into the air.

Bond is the goat in all three.
QOS is the OOO because Roger Moore is Bond royalty.

That's so true, I kid you not.

Sadly @RichardTheBruce not the OOO I am looking for.

A gentle bump to see if there are more guesses. I will share that the OOO involves Bond in all three instances but one is slightly different than the rest.

Something about not killing a henchman in the end?

Bond receives a message from someone:

    LALD: Queen of Cups card
    TMWTGG: golden bullet
    QOS: 'Run' paper note

I can think of an OOO for each film regarding the message, but let's go with QOS as said message does not have the '007' moniker on it?

Damn you @QBranch I’ve been thinking of this and you come up with a logical solution.

@Benny It's quite simple, really. Thanks to artificial intelligence and quantum computing, I've created this Q algorithm which compares the elements of each Bond film and automatically filters out all possible answers. I call it the 'Operational Odd One Out Objective Outcome Organizer' or OOOOOOO for short.

Nice guesses but not what I am looking for. Didn't even think about the 007 written out connections.

No it doesn't involve 007 in number. It is not about the henchmen.

Bond romances a woman in a hotel room who's claimed to be an ally:

    LALD: Rosie (CIA)
    TMWTGG: Goodnight (MI6)
    QOS: Fields (MI6)

Except Rosie turns out to be working for the villain.

Wow I am starting to see how many things connect the films sometimes. No this is not what I am looking for.

In all a fellow agent is killed.
OOO. In QOS 007 kills him.

Nope although another great guess. It is not about killing.

It is Bond using something in all three films.

Bond uses a plane in all three, but LALD is the only one where it is not destroyed?

Bond uses a can to thwart the enemy:

LALD: Night Stick deodorant against bathroom snake
TMWTGG: Brut deodorant against Beirut thugs
QOS: Fororro motor oil against Dominic Greene (Take that, foot!)

QOS is the OOO as it's not deodorant?

@FoxRox is closer to the mark as it involves transportation. Sadly @QBranch I had wished to have thought of that one.

I guess his plane is destroyed in all three but LALD is the only one he doesn’t take off in it..?
