    Hey guys, today I'll be beginning work on my second Bond project.

    In vague detail, it will be about Bond's progression through Casino Royale and Quantum Of Solace to a brilliant and powerful song. I have a lot of creative little ideas, so we'll see how it ends up. Will post when complete!

    I also plan to do a full re-edit of QoS, but I may end up story-boarding first. I'll either reorganize some scenes (well, try to) or just try to make the action a bit clearer. If I go with the second I'll likely just re-do the action sequences, but we'll see.

    Good news. I put my foot down and *finished* it. Its 2a.m. here, so I'll review it with fresh eyes when I'm home tomorrow.

    My impressions are that it turned out better than expected. I just fear it may be hard to follow. I'll describe it in detail when its finally posted, but I'm excited. Hopefully people enjoy it.

    WOW :-O . A fitting song, and great editing. I love how you placed the scene with Vesper drowning where the music was the most bombastic, and then when it was more mournful sounding at the scene where Bond realizes she is dead. Brilliant work my friend. Gold star, amazing finish.

    Thank you so much! It means alot and I'm glad you like it.

    I was/am worried about some of the cuts. Its almost as if we see what Bond is thinking. To further explain..

    When he sees Corrine next to Yusef he thinks of Vesper, explaining the cut to Vesper and then back to Bond. "We have unfinished business" etc.

    When he kisses Vesper's lifeless body after she has drowned on the rooftop, he thinks back to their first kiss, at the casino. Then he pulls away because its too much.

    When Camille is close to him, wanting to kiss him, it reminds him of waking up to Vesper, close and wanting a kiss.

    The time line of his journey is as follows:

    End of his journey- Bond finally catches up to Vesper's betrayer.
    Beginning of his journey - The beauty of Vesper in the scenes when they've still just only met
    Middle of his journey - Vesper dying, and him having to face M and his job while hunting down Yusef
    End of his journey - we go back to the end with the M - Bond scene, "I never left."

    I was worried it would look like a random conglomeration of pretty girl - bad ass - pretty girl - sad part - pretty girl - end. Which isn't all that bad either ;)

    Hi all I have returned to the forum after many years in the wilderness and with SKYFALL to be released October 26, I thought I would have a go at my own SKYFALL Trailer to say thanks to James Bond 007 for 50 Years of Sterling Service. Please have a look and let me know what you think.
