    That clever boy @pachazo has it already, it's those vicious Doberman dogs from MR you were looking for.

    Clues were:

    1. We are exceptionally polite, and thus the opposite of the first of our kind to appear in a Bond film.

    They are trained not to eat until commanded. The first dog seen in a Bond film was the one seen urinating during the Junkanoo in TB.

    2. Whenever we want something, we always get it in the end.

    The food and poor Corinne, who never stood a chance.

    3. We heard some very unconvincing lies.

    Corinne claiming she wasn't in Drax's office.

    4. No matter how this film ends, we are always going to be OK.

    Even if Drax had succeeded, his nerve gas doesn't harm plants or animals.

    I really dig your choice of character there, @Tokoloshe. My first instinct was animals, but nothing came to mind until @Shark_0f_Largo guessed someone from MR (thanks for that, by the way) and then it clicked.
