    Indeed. Effortlessly cool.

    Craig's looks too artificial.

Quite. The pout and photoshop are not the best combo.

I don't hate it - I just feel the stark look is bland rather than anything else. I prefer the portrait colour of all the options posted and can see the distinct lack of a tux refreshing. Yes, DC looks badass, yet he can anyway even when he's buying groceries...

It really isn't but Roger still looks good too.

It looks alright to me and does what it should. Tell us, here comes Bond. Looking forward to a press conference and trailer in the next couple of weeks.

Bond is back and EON want the world to know it. Even if it is seven months away.

@jake24 this one's for you - Sony put up US versions of the colour/mono teaser posters all with the November date and both with and without the "experience it in IMAX" text.

Here are these "definitive" US one-sheet versions:

Very cool poster. Besides the obvious LALD reference, I sense a very Fleming Bond mood.

    Thanks @antovolk

Daniel Craig looks virtually the same as he did 9 years ago.

Is the fudge with an actual date due to a delay in release or a one size fits all worldwide poster? Why then is coming soon on some and November others? What's wrong with the 6 Nov date from the gunshot first poster? Bit of a balls up with the date? ;)

There is a difference between bland and sober. This is the latter.

Can some of you manip wizards remove the texts from the poster, please?

I like Moore, but come on...his Bond isn't nearly as badass as Craig's.

Made dedicated threads for the posters and the trailers so maybe it's best to not clog this thread up and move discussions into these?

Agreed, but in terms of pulling off that black outfit Rog beats Craig in my view.

He is indeed badass, but I'd still rather be this suave penetrator of mothers.

Interesting. I see the turtleneck as a dark charcoal, making me think "working class," which suits Craig very well.

I posted the poster on my facebook. Even several people I thought were not really into Bond films commented that this poster is pure badass and are now looking forward to it.

Is there a higher resolution of the grey, quad poster available?

Moore is undoubtedly suave and a natural comic talent but bad ass? Not one of his films give off that vibe, Connery, Lazenby & Dalton but Rog? not a chance.

Seriously this is Craig's department he oozes danger more than anyone since Connery and I'm seriously hoping SPECTRE is better than LALD although the iconography is unmistakeable.

The poster is what it is a teaser and I know many of us hated the poster campaign for SF, those character ones but I never saw a Bond film all over the place like those posters back then and that campaign was big reason that film was so ubiquitous at the end 2012.

Teaser in just over a week, can't wait!

poster is adequate for a teaser! Craig's Bond persona does look very strong here.
    Like the determined Bond-on-mission look.
The LALD comparison is the first thing that popped into my mind as well.

I am hoping for a busier LALD style poster down the road, but not holding my breath. The minimalist approach does seem to be in vogue at Eon.

Maybe someone in fan-art department can scare up an exciting old-style busy SP poster when time comes.

Depends on your definition. Moore oozes cool and one of the main reasons I love his interpretation is because he doesn't take himself too seriously. At the end of the day he's an armed killer. He'll verbally decimate you until you slink away, tail between your legs. Failing that he'll simply stick a bullet in you. He has an untouchable air about him, which to me is 'bad-ass'. He doesn't ever have to get all 'Have you seen my abs?'. He'll just destroy you without laying a finger on you.

Nice teaser. I like the way they've plastered 'coming soon' across his crotch.
