  It's not a Beatles song. It was written by John Lennon in 1977 - 7 years after the Beatles ended. It was never written as a Beatles track. A long lost Beatles song would have to have been written when Lennon and McCartney were in the Beatles. Now And Then wasn't. Also, Lennon was tragically killed in 1980 so it's not as if could give permission to use this song as the 'official last Beatles song.'
