    RN is my third favorite in the series. It gets better each time I revisit it.

    I consider RN the best entry actually.
    It’s the most “balanced” IMO. While Fallout is probably the more pristine, technically brilliant entry with the best action, cinematography, stunts, etc, RN to me does all those things well enough while retaining a shred of the spy/espionage feel of the original. (Fallout sits slightly more on the action film end of the spectrum). The Vienna opera sequence is my favorite part of the whole series. In the words of one reviewer: “RN is the best Bond film since Casino Royale” - which I thought was funny.

    And I've said it a million times here before but it's funny how 2015 gave us both RN and SP, two films that are eerily similar in countless, sometimes unbelievable ways.

    Just been following this thread / game without playing, but I have to say personally RN, while good, is well below my enjoyment of at least GP and Fallout. As of right now I’d probably go 6 > 4 > 1 > 5 > 3 > 2. Still haven’t seen Dead Reckoning yet, but I’d like to!

    In the last few years, RN has rose considerably in my estimations while GP has plummeted. The others have mostly remained where they typically have.

    What's happened to Ghost Protocol? It was highly regarded for a while. Also, Rogue Nation is doing MUCH better than I thought.

    I think we're at the unenviable point of picking between three cracking films that are all highly regarded, to be fair!

    I think GP is the first film that got the formula right.
    It’s got the right mix of action, tension, humour, the team and the story.
    For me, this was the film that ticked all the right boxes. And I really like the first film and enjoy the third. The second is still very watchable, but doesn’t quite get it right.
    RN and Fallout are both fantastic films and continue on in the same vein as GP. DR is just a little bit off for me. But still very good.
