Cool, Pierce Brosnan at the FYEO premiere, married to Countess Lisl actress Cassandra Harriss.

I thought I'd seen more of Pierce Brosnan, on set in Corfu. But I'm sorry to say I couldn't find any more shots with him in.

It's the reason why Maurice Binder had the idea of putting her in the title sequence!
And how young does John Glen look in that photo!

Well it was over forty years ago. But yes, he does look quite young for sure.
And now a selection of Carole Bouquet. Sorry. ;)

Bouquet, what a beauty and one of my favorites in the series.

Sheer beauty doth not an actress make...or whatever. I found her kind of, well, static, with a facial expression between A and B (Disclaimer: I think that FYEO is at least among the top three Roger Moore Bonds, or at worst smack in the middle - at any rate better than TMWTGG, OP and AVTAK, so I'm not trying to knock it.)

Love that forced perspective technique that would continue with OP. Were there any other examples of that in the series?

To be honest, they're so well done that I wouldn't know. It's hard to spot unless you know where it happens.
I'm not even sure how too find such things out.

Actually, I've watched the documentary of For Your Eyes Only and John Glen said that the pigeon (or a bird) distracting Bond from climbing on St. Cyril's was also the same tactic he'd done later in Licence To Kill when Bond was spying on Sanchez' meeting using a harness through the window, in that scene, there's also the bird that distracted Bond and nearly fell.

    It's his directorial trademark.

Carole Bouquet kind of looks like Cobie Smulders.

Was it the same place where the chase scene in Trainspotting happened? I've seen a clip of that chase scene and it looked like it's shot in this place with the smokestacks and those metal works.

Once again, the movie magic of these films never fails to impress, as I'm seeing a ton of model work that never clicked for me in the hundreds of times I saw FYEO. Brilliant stuff.

Does anyone have an answer for this?

The location in this scene seemed like it's also shot in the same location as the FYEO PTS.

    Anyway, here's the video:

Last set of shots from For Your Eyes Only, before we move onto one of my personal favourite Bond films. An all time high you might say.

I wonder, with all the fascinating FYEO PTS shots, if it would have been better with a random villain that Bond dispatched. Or if it was a dream sequence...

FYEO, like OP, with just a few trims, would be a top-notch Bond movie.

No need to be sorry @Benny. Ms. Bouquet was one of the most beautiful Bond Girls - and she is still that way today IMO. :x
    Thanks.

So we come to the thirteenth Bond adventure. Roger Moore's sixth entry as James Bond, and one of my absolute favourites.
Ladies and gentlemen it's time to go behind the scenes of...

This behind-the-scenes photo is also in the scenes. It's in a picture frame and all.
