    My suggestion.

They film a 20-minute short feature with over the top action and a cleverly thrilling and hilarious conclusion to a Bond mini-mission. To be shown over and over up to the November release date strictly open-air projected on sides of buildings and on the huge television screens (sound available on-line). Then slap it on the eventual DVD/Bluray.

    Just sayin'.

Good suggestion. Something like what Scott made for the last Alien movies.

I would love to see a James Bond game developed by Naughty Dog.

Agreed, based on their strength in storytelling. Or Rockstar, who’ve nailed the open world concept.

Very timely, considering how Naughty Dog completely butchered their storytelling in their newest game :D

I realize that no one knows the answer to this, but assuming the film comes out in November, isn't it surprising we are not even starting to see the gears turn for some marketing?

Probably cause they still don’t know whether it is coming out in November. Also there are films coming out a lot sooner that still need to start their campaigns: Wonder Woman 1984, Mulan, Halloween Kills etc. They’ll probably see how Inception and Tenet do at theatres if they still get released before considering marketing.

This! The last good Bond game was Bloodstone (which I still play from time to time). I even count that game as Craig’s 6th movie that never happened.

Perfect filler between QOS and SF

Yep, it’s even implemented Nicole Hunter’s boss was Blofeld, like it or not.

Just a good old mission. Nothing personal. But still has the gritty QOS tone.

Wish this was available on Xbox One; don't have the 360 disc anymore but would love to play it again.

I want to see one developed by Kojima, given his massive love of the Bond series. He's someone that I could trust doing Bond right.

Yeah luckily I still have my ps3 and can load it in every once in a while. They were truly going down the right track with that game and the two that came after were just cheap Call of duty knock offs unfortunately.

No. If I were them I would re-start the marketing in September.
There is no use in doing it now. The effect would be gone in 5 months.

Not to mention they don't have to release song or trailer as it has already been released. Although i wouldn't mind a proper music video from Billie or feel tv spots. They only need 2-3 months to build the hype.

I won’t be surprised if we get a creative music video (Billie and Finneas love em), but I imagine it’ll be after we get at least one trailer, which will likely be a cool new version of what we’ve seen already, to reinvigorate the marketing - maybe.

There are a series of dominoes that still need to fall in order for the film to come out successfully in November. We aren't seeing marketing yet because they can't yet know if it's 100% go, despite what they're saying.

It's highly dependent on what happens with Mulan, Tenet and other releases in the coming months.

I think the new, real emerging factor to keep an eye on is the resurging COVID outbreak happening in the US right now. The complete turn of the curve suggests the virus is running basically out-of-control again in hotspots there as a result of hasty re-openings and lax preventive measures. The curve is looking just as steep as it was in March or April. And a few more weeks of that trend could produce staggering numbers that force them into another difficult decision about new lockdowns.

I'd suspect EON/MGM/Uni are paying as close attention to those numbers right now as they will be to Tenet's box office (if and when it does release this summer).

From yesterday. Don't know if it's already been posted here

AMC reverses course, will require guests to wear masks at its theaters

According to our dear leader, it will just "fade away."

No, The NY Times doesn’t have an agenda. lol. And watching Fauci’s recommendations is the equivalent of watching a ping pong match.

Feels just like another logic vs emotions thing. In the end everyone will be in one big dark room, once the movie starts anyone can take their mask off and no one will care

Science, as much as we want it be, isn't an exact science. That's why we get second opinions from doctors.
This is like getting 100 second opinions.
They aren't unanimous, so your solution is to ignore them all?
