  I’m sure this is the score. Namely because it features the muted trumpet refrain at the end which the song doesn’t.

  They did try many versions of the song though, apparently. And if Eilish and her team were there it seems more likely to be for the song.

  It’s probably the song. The musicians are wearing headphones, which must mean they’re overdubbing an existing recording and must stay in sync with it. If it were the score, the conductor would conduct while watching some footage, but the orchestra wouldn’t need the equipment.
  
  Don’t forget that they may have recorded different orchestral arrangements for the song and that they can bury or mute specific sections of the orchestra in the mix.

  I think it's safe to assume that's a session intended for the song before special editing/processing took over. For example, here's the original orchestration recording for "Die Another Day" before it was remixed as an electroclash song as we know it in the film.

  Is it? I assumed it was the original material that was used before remixed. It was in the complete album I got awhile back.

  Well it says 'Las Vegas Philharmonic Plays 007 Classics', so I would have thought so. I'm not sure any original material would have the main lyric line actually played by the orchestra when you'd got Madonna doing that.
