    Yep, no sign of this booklet State-side!
    I really enjoyed reading that & feel that we are in very capable hands.

    I'm working on my friends in book-selling & publishing to get hold of an ARC or comp for me; hopefully, I'll be reading it next month along with the UK :)

    Just pickled up a copy (well four actually) today thanks to you chaps, this would of completley slipped me by. My local WH Smiths has loads so I'm going to hit it again tomorrow and should have a fair few spares if anyone else needs a copy!
